For Space Sake

I'm absolutely in love with my dressing room/office that For Space Sake created for me. My vision was to have a glamourous space for myself and they completely exceeded my expectations! From my initial design consultation with Shauna, I knew she understood my vision and that I was in good hands. She is patient, creative, warm and funny. I think one of Shauna's strongest qualities is that she takes the time to get to know and, understand your needs and wants before she designs your space so that it works for you. The installation process was also very smooth. Many times Pauline personally called me to help work around my busy work schedule which, was much appreciated! The gentleman installing my closets and cabinetry were so pleasant every time they were here. I never thought this room would look as gorgeous and glamorous as is does, thank you Shauna and Pauline! For Space Sake installed cabinets in our laundry room and custom shelving and baskets in our closets this week. Shauna spent a lot of time with us to get it perfect. The laundry room in particular was a tricky space to work with because of the shape. The work has exceeded our expectations and now everything has a place.

Paulette delivered our Chilewich "Wave" mats and placemats this afternoon that were customized for our condo. They are outstanding and greatly enhance our decor. She spent a considerable amount of time to help us come up with the perfect solution for our space.

I don’t even know where to start:- Shauna lives and breath her job. She loves what she does and put her soul into designing and working with clients. This lady actually called me to make sure that I am happy with their work during a personal medical appointment ( she was off work that day). She is beyond amazing. Pauline knows how to deal with difficult clients - Trust me because we were one of them. The finish product is AMAZING. They added more men on the job just to meet the deadline because we were going to be away.... If you are thinking of hiring a company to do your closet for you, look no further and count yourself lucky to have found them. They did a great job and everything is customized as well. Conversion of a two smallish double closets into a home office space and guest room storage space. The project included minor electrical work and the installation of under-shelf lighting.

I’ve known Pauline, and been a client of For Space Sake (FSS), for over 15 years. This was our first built-in and wow, did it ever exceed expectations. The quality of the materials met our expectations and the overall designs resulted in terrific optimization of both of our spaces. We are repeat customers, having had a master and entrance closet designed and installed in 2011. On this occasion, the consultant came to our home in the country to measure the space and understand our needs and budget. A few days later we had a video teleconference and a plan was agreed upon.. The installers arrived 2 weeks later. In all, we are 100% satisfied with the closet, the consultant and the installers! Great job. Thank you For Space Sake.

We ordered a custom made Murphy bed/office unit for our spare room. The finished product is beautiful. The design and workmanship are excellent. Our only hesitation at giving the project a 5 star rating is the length of time it took from initial ordering in early July 2018 to final installation in late May 2019. We were given an estimated time line of about 14 weeks which would have scheduled installation for sometime in December. However, the furniture did not arrive from Italy until late March 2019. There were problems with the supplier in Italy causing delays. Hopefully, For Space Sake has made it clear to the Italian supplier that in future they must honour the original agreed to time line. Then, there was a further delay of 2 months because some of the panels were damaged on arrival. The damage was not the fault of For Space Sake. The management, design and installation staff at For Space Sake all did an excellent job of making the project as successful and painless for us as possible in spite of the delays and we are grateful to them for that. We would highly recommend For Space Sake with the qualifier that if the order involves the same Italian company arrangements have been made to guarantee their adherence to the original time frame as agreed to between the customer and For Space Sake. Shauna our sales rep was very professional with all aspects of our project. The labourer was on time and very prompt in putting in our mud room closet. I would recommend For Space Sake on your project, and future projects we may have.

Very professional and efficient design services and installation professionals. We had several meetings to choose the design and materials, made changes. Designer was patient and knowledgeable. A few snags that are being rectified immediately. When complete, I feel we will be 100% satisfied.

For Space Sake did an amazing job - from planning to implementing - the entire process was stress free. The changes that were requested by the installers were embraced. Pauline and Shauna both came to the job site to check on the project and make sure I was happy.
