All Weather Decks

I would highly recommend All-Weather Decks! RJ was great to work with throughout the entire process, and was very patient as we navigated the initial plan. Also Kevin, Alex and the entire crew were very professional and easy to work with. Work began ahead of schedule, and the job was completed as expected. My wife and I are incredibly pleased with the final result! It absolutely met our vision and expectations. If you are looking to upgrade your deck and build your vision, you can't go wrong with All Weather Decks!

Our experience with All Weather Decks could NOT have been more wonderful. They attacked and hauled away the ugly old deck and put up a beautiful new composite deck, stained to HOA specs, in just a couple days. They chased the relevant permits, replaced rotted cedar on the house above the deck and wowed all the neighbors and dog-walkers with the finished product. Jesus and his crew were absolute dawgs and artisans. I must say, we got five bids, and while All Weather Decks' was the most competitive -- and the work was first-rate -- one of the things that sealed the deal for me was their estimator, Steve Hodes. He's a great guy and a straight shooter, and made our decision not only comfortable but easy!

The quality of workmanship from All Weather Decks is unmatched. We are extremely pleased with the whole team from beginning to end. We received several bids and hired AWD to complete a screened in patio/grill area based on the rendering, interactions with the sales rep, estimated cost, & past reviews (including a personal positive review from family). After meeting with Sales Representative, JD, we were impressed with his precision to detail from our requests, professionalism, and ability to create a vision beyond what we imagined. He was open and communicative with the budget, timeframe, and next steps. We also greatly appreciated the military discount AWD offered. Head of Project Management, Jade went above and beyond with ensuring the project ran smoothly from start to finish and made sure we were informed of each step. We experienced about a 2 week delay due to circumstances outside of AWD’s control involving the outside engineering company. This was shared with us the Friday before the project was planned to start the next Monday. Beyond this, we had no issues with communication. Project Manager, Kevin was easy to reach, responsive to inquiries, ensured his team & outside contractors promptly followed up with our feedback, and came to the worksite multiple times throughout the entire process. Once the project started, everything went smoothly and any shifts from the original plan were properly explained, quoted, and handled appropriately. We experienced a couple added expenses after beginning; however, these were provided as possibilities to us prior to signing the contract. Builder, Diego and his team were very respectful, safely parked in the street, and did not require access to our home for bathroom breaks. Each night, they left the area tidy and had a dedicated zone for scraps. We have 3 young kids and were still able to utilize our backyard to play outside. The main cleanup we did each night (our preference) was checking for nails or anything that would be unsafe for our children, which was not excessive. The final result was better than we could have imagined. We highly recommend hiring All Weather Decks for your next project and would eagerly hire them again.

Our 35 year old deck was replaced by the All Weather Deck company last week. We got a recommendation from a friend to get an estimate. It was the smartest decision we ever made. In February, JD came to our home and explained everything involved as well as all of the choices we had to make our Happy Place even better. AWD was very cooperative at the beginning of our process in that we didn't want to have them begin work until April 2025. We got the date that we requested and AWD took care of everything else. The materials were delivered a day before they were scheduled to begin. The team of builders were lead by Alex, and Arturo and Jesus were professional builders in every way. They answered all of my questions and finished the entire deck from tearing it down, hauling off the debris, and rebuilding only took only 6 days. They always left the area cleaned up with the materials and all of their tools. I want you to know how happy we are and how impressed by all of the people involved from JD, our salesman to Alex's team to finish with perfection. I would recommend them to anyone searching to replace a deck.

The All Weather Deck team is amazing. Great communication and quick response. The crew had our old deck removed and the new deck built in 1 week. Couldn't be happier with the outcome. Would highly recommend.

Great service. From initial visit to final completion, the crew was professional and courteous. The quote was simple with no hidden surprises. Our choices were available and all our questions and concerns were met. I highly recommend All Weather Decks.

RJ and his crew were very professional and worked with us to get our old aging deck replaced. They went over all of our options and did a great job on the rebuild! I would definitely recommend All Weather Decks to anyone looking to have thier deck replaced

Really Sharp Looking Deck All Weather Decks has excelled at every stage of our deck rebuild. Our deck was 20 years old, the boards were spongy, and it was a bit small. We wanted to add square footage and put a roof over it. We set up a date to meet with JD Zlab and he went over our ideas, offered suggestions, and gave us a ball park figure that let us know whether we could afford to move forward. There is financing available if needed. We did and destruction and construction started soon. We got to know the talented workers over the next couple weeks. They were extremely hard-working men that we trusted. They asked a few questions but they had done this job enough to know exactly what to do. We were amazed at how accurate all cuts to the boards and trims were. We have not found one mistake. We were also pleased that when they knew we were having a holiday party, they came and finished the last item that morning so everything was perfect for our day. We read the reviews and chose AWD based on the kind words others had to say. We agree and highly recommend. You will not be disappointed using All Weather Decks.

My request was that the deck be torn down and rebuilt to be totally maintenance free. The entire process was efficient and hassle-free. The sales rep, JD, came over to explain the process, brought samples and answered all my questions in an honest and professional way. JD also answered the phone and returned my calls even after the project was complete. I received the proposal electronically which was customizable to add or subtract certain features and the price would reflect the change. I also appreciated that I could make the payments online. Before the project was to start, the project manager (Alex) called with the start date and gave me his phone number in case I had any questions. Alex also answered the phone when I reached out a few days later to check on something. The crew (Diego and Luis) that built the deck were professional, respectful of my property, hardworking and very pleasant. The result of their work was a beautiful, well-constructed deck. The surrounding landscape and rocks were returned to their original positions and my entire yard was clean of any construction debris. I am so impressed with the quality and the appearance of my new deck.

Excellent deck project with All Weather. We worked together to create a cool design. They were also very professional and responsive.

We love our new composite deck and aluminum railing. R.J., our sales consultant was professional, friendly and always available when we had questions, our builders Manny and Jesus were professional, efficient and listened to our concerns. Osvaldo, the project manager explained everything and made the building process easy to understand. We asked for a sturdy and beautiful deck, and they nailed it.

We cannot say enough about our positive experience with All Weather Decks. Our project estimator RJ was fantastic. He was engaging, honest, not pushy and available to answer each and every question or concern we had. The All Weather Decks team took care of getting our permit and supplied us with the information we needed for our HOA. Our construction crew were the absolute best. They were friendly, efficient and cleaned up every last piece of construction debris. More importantly the produced a phenomenal deck. The looks exceeded our expectations. The price was right in line with other estimates we received and quite honestly, we believe a superior product. We will recommend All Weather Decks to anyone.
