Perrin and his team are exceptional! They were organized and on budget through the entire process of our second story addition and renovation. They are a family team and not afraid to pick up a broom or hammer when needed. We interviewed 5 contractors before choosing them and we definitely made the right choice!

Perrin does exceptional work! He has done several projects for me, including completely gutting and remodeling a kitchen, laundry room, and master bathroom, ripping out carpet and installing hardwoods, replacing moldings, trim, and doors throughout the house, correcting problems in crawlspace ventilation, chimney repairs, and more... The work he has done is of the highest quality, and he and his team are prompt, responsible, industrious, and honest. More importantly, every member of Scudder Construction seems to really care about the quality of the work that they do. I can't recommend them highly enough.
