Darin, the owner of the company came to my home to evaluate the job, and give me a proposal. After reviewing the job with him, I proceeded to schedule the work. The morning the job was scheduled to begin, he arrived at my home, on time. The bathroom was completed within the time frame I was given, and within budget. I found out about Darin from Terra Tile in Fishkill. When he came to my house to give me an estimate my husband and I liked him right off the bat. He was such an honest and straightforward guy. We got two other estimates for our bathroom and Darin fell right in the middle price wise. We wound up hiring him to do our master bathroom and he did such an outstanding job! He walked me through the entire process and was so professional all the way through. I am very hard to please and he totally exceeded my expectations. Darin was really great to work with. He was prompt, respectful, had a great attitude and of course did a beautiful job installing our kitchen backsplash. Overall the project took 2 days. Darin was also great about providing several options for us to consider when it came to placement of the crown and pencil molding, as well ideas for solving an odd kitchen window. He offered ideas without any pressure to use them over what we had originally planned. Ultimately, we did make some modifications to our original design based on our conversations with Darin and are very happy with the results. I would hire DS Tile and Marble for a future tile project.
