We do recommend BCA Construction for high-quality renovations – bathrooms and kitchens. We needed to get our bathroom and kitchen remodeled, it was the original one from like 20 years ago. We contacted BCA Construction and Ben took time to go over our options while staying within budget. With his creativity expanding on our ideas, we came up with a beautiful bathroom and kitchen. We received new counters, tiles, cabinets, and fixtures that we wanted. Thank you, Ben!

We have a very small house about 1100 square feet and decide it was time to expand our house with a room addition. We contacted BCA Construction to assist with our room addition especially since our neighbor used them for their addition. Sami came over to discuss what we wanted to make it affordable for us. The overall project didn’t take long and the communication was outstanding. Once, the renovation was complete, we absolutely loved the extra room. Next, we will be having our kitchen renovated. Shawn from BCA Construction was great to work with! I needed my bathroom updated it was looking out of date and not a place I wanted to spend too long in. The tiles were cracking and it was just bad. Shawn and his crew did a great job remodeling my bathroom completely, taking out everything and starting brand new. I love my new tub and walls! The bathroom looks so much brighter and is nice! BCA is the best! This is a little embarrassing and I am sure my husband won’t be pleased, but about 10 years ago he started remodeling the bathroom himself. He ripped old drywall and tiles and put up at least half of the drywall in the main bathroom. Then, he put the project on the back burner for years. I really got tired of it, so when he went with his brother to Texas for a couple of weeks, I decided to get the bathroom finished. I called BCA Construction because my neighbor used them in the past and was satisfied. They came out to check out the bathroom and we went over what I was looking for in the bathroom remodel. After a few days, BCA Construction came out and started the bathroom remodel. They replaced the drywall completely, put new tiles on the walls and the floor, replaced the vanity, toilet and replaced my old shower with a new amazing one. Overall, I am pleased with their work, the price and how quickly they accomplished the job. When my husband returned, he was shocked and could not believe how great the bathroom looked. We enjoyed very much by hiring and working with Lio including the whole office staff at BCA construction! The purpose of hiring them was to remodel our master bathroom and master bedroom. Everything in this remodeling project came out gorgeously, on time and a little bit below the budget. During the work that they did, we had no surprises that caused any delay or increase on budget. In the master bedroom Lio had to remove the whole popcorn ceiling, add new coat of fresh paint and changed all the baseboards with the crown moldings. In the master bathroom, we basically did everything: custom new vanity with 2 sinks, marble countertops, 18x18 tile floor with large medallion in the middle, new shower with jets system, new LED lighting and bathroom heater. The crew and the few sub-contractors were polite, skilled, on time and loyal too. Lio on the other hand was good at hid ideas when we needed to implement few features but didn’t know how, and he wasn’t pushy at all. He really heard us and understood what we really want to get, needed and be comfortable with – when it comes to budget, storage and functionality, he was the perfect person to work with. The verity of decisions and options is always endless, but Lio was a great source and he provided us with a lots of excellent ideas. We are happy with the work and BCA construction and we will use them again when we are ready to do another remodeling project.

BCA construction were hired to demolish and rebuild our master bathroom. The remodeling included everything such as the: bathtub, large shower, 2 sinks, custom size vanity, toilet, several mirrors, new lighting fixtures including LED lights, heater and fan inside the ceiling, new paint, new tiles on half walls all around and new marble floor. This whole remodeling project took them 3 weeks and Lio who handled everything, made sure to keep it at the same price that was agreed before we approved the work. Their price was significantly lower than the other 3 estimates that we got from other local contractors. The installers and sub-contractors came to work on time and they worked (Monday thru Friday), respectful, well-mannered, careful and qualified. We will hire them for their services again without any question or doubts. They also made sure to cover all the floor near the working area and carpets to prevent any damage to the house. They also blocked off with plastic sheets the nearby bedrooms in the house, such as the living room and dining room.

We hired BCA construction to remodel our kitchen in addition to other work that they did in the living room, dining room and the entry space of the house in order to make flow of the house more open space. The work was performed on time although that we added the other tasks during the work. Lio was always open to make the changes we wanted without any problem or hassle, while he brought more workers to the house so the project will stay on schedule and without any delays. Lio and his team were outstanding and honest in every way. With his management and attention to small details & suggestions while maintaining their high standards which brought the results of this project to become much better than we thought we will have it. We valued that Lio always responded to our phone calls, email and texts. We were kept in the loop about any daily task, which one should work in the house each day, which task will be completed and when and more…. We were impressed with the value and honesty of the craftsmen he employs, the high standards he keeps, and his willingness to meet our needs at all times. We think BCA construction is excellent and we will use them for any future projects we might have. We can't recommend him highly enough.

We hired BCA construction to build a guest house separate from our home. When we first approached them, the owner of the company, Lio, was the individual we spoke with. After we decided to contract them, we had a second meeting to go over all the details and sign the contract. The process was put in place and the permits obtained, building was started, and we now have a wonderful guest house for our out of town guests. We were truly impressed with the quality of the build from beginning to end. Each worker was friendly and knew exactly what they were doing and completed the job over and above all expectations. If we had a question during the build all we did was call Ben who was readily available. Thank you BCA construction, Lio, Ben, and the rest of the team!

We hired BCA construction to tear out our bathtub, shower and shower walls and to build a tub deck with a drop in tub; install marble tiles on the shower floor & walls and vanity backsplash, remove and relocate the old recessed lights and vent fan and install the shower/bath all plumbing fixtures. Like most other people, we also had many other bids before deciding who to hire for that work and at the end of this hard process, we decided to go ahead with BCA construction. Our decision to hire and work with them was based on their positive online opinions from other clients and the excellent reputation that they have. At first, we worked only with Michelle about the design and the selection of materials of the project. It was a pretty easy and not complicated to work with her. At the end of that process, we were extremely happy with the overall design and the flow of the space. After that stage, Lio was assigned to our project and he took over with the designs and flow. During the work, we had close to 6 workers that worked daily on the entire project starting with demolition, framing, and construction, paint and finishes installation. By having all this people working at the same time, we felt and noticed that the work is running super-fast and we loved it! Lio made sure that each stage will be approved by him and this was the main reason why he visited our house on a daily basis (sometimes even more than once a day). The work was completed after 3 weeks from the day that Michelle met with us and we approved the design and the flow. At the end of the work, Lio and Michelle came over to the final meeting where we inspected all the work and the final project. During that meeting, we informed them about few issues and Lio was able to take care of them the following day making sure that they all will be solved and approved by us. This is the greatest service we could think of. BCA construction did a great work and we do recommend them for any construction work.

Leonardo who was our designer and project manager for our large scale remodeling project was wonderful. Our main challenge was that we have a small house to work with but his skills and experience came into place and that was the reason why we hired them. The process of the remodeling was very interesting. Our most stressful part was the demolition part. Our house was full of demolishers for few days with high levels of noise, but when this part was finished, the rest of the remodeling went very well. The planned time to finish the remodeling project was 7 weeks and Leonardo was able to finish it a little bit before. The workers were very professional and they knew exactly what they were doing. We are very happy with the finished kitchen, bathroom, dining room and entry. The quality of the work and the perfection on all details were beyond our expectations.

Lior and his crew at BCA construction are just what I wanted in order to do my landscaping project at my new house. I come from a property management background and in the past I have worked with several contractors for my past clients and Lior was the one that I selected for my own House. Lior is honest and reliable person and he always give more than what he promised. He knows his work, materials and he have so many suggestions in order to make the project seamlessly in my yard. The project was in an overgrown empty slope and with his skilled and knowledge, he was able to make it in to a very large space with beautifully planted. It has become a very useful spot for me especially when I have guests at my house! Part of the work was also to add a retaining wall behind the pool that will solve the issues with the drainage that I had the work was completed in a great timely manner. I could not have asked for more, and I will continue to refer him and the company. Great work!
