My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Working with Bucca at Vellum Design Studio was seamless from start to finish. He carefully listened to our needs and wants for our home and provided us with exactly what we were looking for within our budget and square footage restrictions. He has been an excellent communicator throughout and handled so many aspects of the building process that we thought we would have to take on ourselves. On top of his incredible design talent, he has practical building experience including electrical so your builder can easily make the dream a reality. Bucca is an amazing architect and an even better person! From start to finish, Bucca walks his clients through a very personal experience where he gets to know their wants, needs, desires, and dreams so he doesn't miss a single detail as he creates their new home. His communication and welcoming personality sets him apart from most in his industry. The experience he brings to the table is unlike anyone his age...luxury, custom homes is his jam!
