My husband and I just moved into our 400 square foot home in Orangeville built by Roana Contracting. We had an amazing experience from start to finish. They are very honest and reliable. Treated our home like it was their own, you don’t find that everyday. There cost to build was phenomenal and they stayed to our original budget unless we want some changes I would also recommend this builder

Last winter, a large area in Ontario was negatively affected by a major snow and ice storm that resulted in many homes, businesses and cottage properties were badly damaged The ice storm caused trees to fall and electrical services to be cut off. We live in a four unit condo building in Orillia, Ontario. When this storm came our way the sump pump in our basement stopped working and as a result our two room basement was a serious mess. Carpets and furniture were removed and eventually replaced.. Drywall and three doors had to be repaired and replaced. Electrical outlets were also replaced and a significant amount of painting and trim work was also completed. The good news was that Joshua Colella, (Roana Contracting Inc.) took on the majority of the reconstruction of our basement. Joshua quickly provided the expertise and knowledge of what had to be done and when. Each step of the work to be done was perfectly scheduled and completed. Joshua and his skillful brother Tiziano determined the items that had to be removed and replacements were done so very efficiently. I really appreciated how Joshua kept me informed on how the work was progressing. In summary, Joshua, Tiziano and their company have my highest rating.
