We had bought a 160 year old Victorian that was in need of attention! Andi came highly recommended by a realtor/neighbour - and she and her team more than lived up to expectations! From the outset, Andi helped guide our decision making with respect to the structural and design elements of the renovation. She worked closely and collaboratively with the builder, applying her expertise in such areas as kitchen design, bathroom design, light switch and light placement and on and on. When it came to the actual decorating, Andi quickly keyed into who we are and what we like as a family. Picture boards helped guide our choices through the pandemic when shops were closed. What we valued were the options provided, the respect when we made choices and the guidance with the details....such important things as cupboard handles, lighting in the bathrooms, cushions in the sitting room. What we also valued was the accuracy of the project management and billing. There was never a question as to where we stood against budget. We absolutely love the final product. We have a house that we love to live in on a daily basis and which lends itself well to entertaining friends and neighbours. None of it would have been possible without Andi. We have no hesitation in recommending her services to others.

We worked with Two Birds Design for about a year on an extensive renovation of our home -- kitchen, master, new ensuite, living room, and basement. They were great to work with, managed everything from designs, to permits, to furnishings. They worked within our budget and really took our style to heart! We'd definitely recommend them.

We hired Andi of Two Birds Design to design, draw and submit the permit package for our basement renovation. We live in an older downtown home that comes with some challenges in the design and construction process, not to mention a lot of back and forth with the city planning department, but Andi oversaw the project with enthusiasm and a solution-based approach.
