5 stars all the way! Omar saw our "complicated" project, and let us know he could do it and was happy to take on a challenge. We are very happy with Omar and his company. I have done a lot of work over the years and am happy to say that if you live in this area, he is your guy. He was fair and honest from the get go. The price he gives you is the price you will pay. I never received any surprise "change orders". As contractors go, Omar was VERY open and communicative. No problems ever getting him or his crew on the phone. He had great suggestions on all things we discussed. Always seemed to know a lot about his work and various things people like. The project was a big one, and I am super happy with how fast it went. He even got started for us over Thanksgiving and Xmas, and his crew would show up on Saturday or Sunday sometimes to keep on working (which was fine with us!). There were no subcontractors involved... everything was through Noor Construction. If we had any minor issues that needed correcting, Omar would come and look at it and tell his crew what to do. We really appreciate the details, crown molding and trim was superbly done, and the tile was just amazing, we are very impressed with his team. I mean seriously anyone who has attempted to do crown molding in the past knows what I am talking about. For details if you've made it this far, our story: Where shall I start. I suppose we start with the idea: build a bedroom in the second floor space of our "great room" which has really tall ceilings... like 30 feet plus. So basically add a bedroom in the second story "empty space" above the first floor. Easy right? Well, after getting ghosted by several contractors, I finally called Omar. He informed he thought we were probably getting ghosted because the architect had told him that footings were needed to support this new bedroom which would be sort of like an island in the middle of the house. We live on a hill, so these support columns would have to go through the first floor, basement, and then under the house. This added to the cost, but we really wanted a bedroom in that space. Omar gave me a price. I told him no thanks, the cost came in higher due to the footings needed. After a few weeks, we talked it over, changed our minds. We really needed the bedroom. I called him, thinking "gosh he probably won't want our work". Omar came back, no change in price, same deal as before, he didn't even bat an eye, he was ready to go, and this was like 4 weeks later after I told him no. So yea, it was project that I was told was too much for people, everyone didn't want to go get permits or deal with the footings... Omar told us what to expect and stuck to the plan. He dealt with the County and the inspector always came and said even himself "these guys know what they are doing". We passed all inspections. Omar even was super flexible about adding things to the project as we went along.

Where do I start? What started as a glimmer of a dream in my mind a year ago has evolved into the dream home for my son and I thanks to the guidance and craftsmanship by the team at Noor Construction. As the parent of an adult quadriplegic in a power wheelchair there are unique needs and requirements for our home. We found that the homes in the new developments do not understand the importance of truly open floor plans, wider doorways , accessible baths , and enhanced safety for the disabled community. After realizing this, we decided to update our existing home to better match our needs and approached Noor Construction about adding new square footage and renovating other areas. Key Additions: - Added 390 sf in living space and 144 sf of garage storage/workshop. - Sub contracted Alex @ One Source Mobility who provided a Arjo Maxi Sky 2 overhead lift (rated to up to 600lb) for transfers in the new master bath. - Full barrier free roll-in shower with wet and dry area. - Enhanced drain in roll-in shower. - 1/2” tempered glass shower wall. - New Vanity - Master closet and Air Condition Storage (2x Bigger). - Existing secondary bedroom doubled in size to allow better flow for a wheelchair resident with large walk in closet. Added double doors to hallway to provide better access. - Guest bedroom expanded (2x in size w/ added walk-in closet and barn doors) - Both updated bedrooms have added exterior doors to improve fire safety. - Hallway and master bedroom were refreshed with new flooring, paint, lighting and new barn door leading to master bath. - Behind the house the team replaced a failing wood retaining wall and installed a beautiful new steel re enforced concrete retaining wall. - New 4 feet walkways were placed around the new perimeter and driveway was extended to meet the new shop area. In summary, there are zero regrets with choosing Noor Construction for this project. Omar and his team at Noor Construction helped me make this dream a reality within a reasonable time schedule. The pricing for this was fair and also reasonable. The estimates and budgeting numbers that were worked up were virtually spot on…. Actually came in slightly under the number projected. The city of Rocklin also confirmed his work by PASSING EVERY SINGLE MILESTONE OF THE PERMIT PROCESS ON 1ST INSPECTION. Customer response was second to none. Every single question that I had was handled quickly and without judgement (there are no dumb questions) irregardless of the day or time. Rarely do I have complete confidence in a company or person, but Omar and his team has earned it. The attention to detail and the craftsmanship is obvious in the final product. They worked with me with my vision and assisted in recommending the right materials for the job and I just could not be happier.

We cannot be happier with our new home and its beautiful improvements and upgrades thanks to Omar of Noor Construction. From the first moment we interviewed Omar (we interviewed 4 different contractors) and saw reviews of his work on yelp we knew we found the right company to do extensive work on our new home. All the work was of the highest quality, beautifully done and finished ahead of schedule. All issues concerning money were relaxed and easy and we never felt any pressure. We are on the other side of the country and Omar kept us in the loop, communicating almost daily with calls, videos, texts and photos. He helped guide us when we were not sure what materials were best, but never was pushy or aggressive. His suggestions helped us redefine the spaces and he created our dream house from the somewhat dated property we had purchased. Not only was the work expertly done with incredible expertise but the house was clean and move in ready upon completion. Omar’s amiable personality and deep knowledge of everything to do with home improvement and construction made this entire process a joyful experience for us. He transformed an old and dated house into a beautiful and welcoming home. We cannot imagine working with anyone else on future projects. Noor construction delivers not only exactly what was promised but even more, doing those little things we never thought about. One such example was upon noticing that some baseboards were missing in both the pantry and the laundry room Omar simply fixed them. We never even noticed the baseboards! We feared that renovating a home from 3000 miles away would be an arduous and expensive and frustrating experience. Our fears were unfounded. Omar made the process easy and organized and kept working to make sure we were satisfied every step of the way. So thankful to have found Noor Construction. Omar and his team truly delivered the most beautiful bathroom I could have ever imagined! Omar was quick to respond to our request for a quote, thoroughly explaining the process and sharing his company’s value for providing high quality work. During our initial meeting he was transparent about the cost for labor and demolition. Explaining what was and was not included with the quote. Omar provided suggestions of where to look for materials and offered his expertise throughout the process. I appreciate his thoughtfulness throughout the process calming my nerves when unexpected problems arose. Two damaged tubs from a vendor which caused a month delay in our project and plumbing issues which required some extra work. Omar took care of us and supported throughout the process even on the last day after his team had already left they quickly returned to fix my request to change automatic light switches and put on a different toilet seat. I also appreciated the respectfulness of his team and how hard they worked. Once we had finally received all our materials the job was completed in a timely manner. As mentioned in other reviews his communication is EXCELLENT. You really won’t understand until you work with him. He even responded to my random questions after hours. In fact, I am very lucky, and God loves me, because I got to know Noor Construction inc. This is a great company with all its details, especially Omar. He helped me a lot and fulfilled my dream of restoring two complete bathrooms to their splendor and luxury. He helped me with his opinions and ideas, and although my questions were many and endless, he never bored me. I am very happy with the bathrooms of my new home to the point that I think they are more luxurious and sophisticated than the rest of the house. The accuracy of the work is amazing, his implementation of the details we discussed, and the sending of invoices or copies of them and photos. They also follow up with the client on all details, no matter how small. I never write reviews but in this case, I really wanted to give credit where it is due. Our kitchen was unfortunately ruined when our dishwasher failed on us, so we needed our whole kitchen redone and flooring replaced. After speaking with 5 different contractors for our project, we chose to go with Omar due to his professionalism and cheerful personality. Omar has such a can-do attitude, and was AMAZING to work with from beginning to end. He had great communication with us throughout the project, and exhibited excellent customer service. In fact, his whole team did an amazing job and had such attention to detail (especially Mohamad and Mustafa). Thanks to them, our kitchen and floors have been absolutely transformed! We are very glad that we found Noor construction, and can safely say that we have found our contractor for other future projects.

Excellent communication and integrity, always punctual - Omar and Noor Construction team are wonderful to work with. They did a fantastic job on a remodel of my 30-year-old guest bathroom. Balancing my goals with their insights, Omar offered recommendations that worked out perfectly. He brings such good energy and creativity. As soon as I bought house I learned real quickly how hard is to find a reliable contractor. I am so incredibly grateful to have found Noor Construction. A tree fell on our house during the January storms. If that wasn't bad enough, the homeowners insurance company made it even worse. Fortunately, we found Omar at Noor Construction!! He responded to our request for an estimate within minutes. He took care of us every step of the way thereafter. He spoke directly to our insurance company, he was always available to answer our questions and assuage our worries. His entire crew was timely, professional, clean, and wonderful to work with. Omar treated us like family. I couldn't be more impressed with the service and the quality of work. Noor Construction flipped a very terrible experience for us into something awesome. I would give them 10 stars if I could! Omar and his team saved us when we realized we were in way over our heads with our DIY kitchen renovation! I wish we had called them from the beginning! We had planned to hire someone else for our cabinet install, but the quote came in WAY over budget! We had demoed the kitchen and had deadlines for flooring and appliance installation and were anxious to get our house put back together. We were on the verge of trying to install our cabinets ourselves, but I knew we didn't have the time or experience to do it well. I called around for quotes and no one wanted to take on the job since they hadn't started it. We called Omar and he was there within a day, got our estimate quickly, was very reasonably priced, and started the work within the week. Not only did his team do a great job and got our project back on track, but he went above and beyond! I had previously hired flooring installers from a "big box" store and the big box installers refused to install our flooring. Omar was responsive to give us advice, offer his team, or help us find material that would work, even without any financial benefit to him. He treated us like family. He is punctual, professional, organized, and has an upbeat, enthusiastic attitude, unlike any contracter I've used before. He is very passionate about his work and highly values making the customer happy. We had a great experience working with him and our home turned out beautiful! We will definitely be calling him back when we work on future projects in our home!
