We used Avery for a full kitchen remodel. I have worked with several contractors over the years on both large and small projects, and I can say that out of all of them (with the exception of one we used years ago), I was appreciative and impressed how Jason promptly responded to any questions and concerns, one of which included a quick remedy for an unexpected hiccup. I'm very pleased with Avery Construction/Avery Remodel and HIGHLY reccomend this very ETHICAL contractor and his meticulous team. (Special thanks to Navin!) Avery performed at a high level and met our expectations. As a design professional, I am not always the easiest person to work with. I have very specific ideas and details that I want my contractor to provide. Avery meet my requirements thoroughly. I worked with Rob Olson from start to finish and his budget proved accurate and reasonable. There were extras and change orders but these were either due to concealed site conditions or my own added requirements. The team of Alex R. and Jason S., worked with me to keep the project moving forward and to satisfy my requests. Their millwork shop is somewhat limited in terms of special requests, but more than up to the task in the projects they take on. Pick Avery and you will not be disappointed..

It took Avery one year to rebuild my second story deck. Every time we met the workers complained about the job. The job was hard and they made it seemed like it was the most difficult project they had ever undertaken. They said they would resod areas in my yard that were destroyed by concrete remnants and a dumpster that was there for 6 months but never did. I would never recommend or use this company again. They are very expensive too.

We finally decided to bite the bullet this year and have our outdated kitchen remodeled. Starting with our experience with Rob Olsen from Avery Construction, my wife and I were sold. Rob was great at guiding, making recommendations and helping to find innovative solutions to help us shape our vision of the kitchen we wanted. Upon meeting with Dan Brockway (project manager) and Keith Stembridge, we were even more confident we had selected the right company. The crew leader Yoany Rodriquez, was absolutely great throughout the project from beginning to end. Yoany is a true craftsman, he worked tirelessly to ensure that we were satisfied and happy with every detail. The end result, my wife and I love our new, modern and beautiful kitchen. I wanted to change out my bathroom and kitchen but didn't know who to get or where to start. My daughter found Avery Construction online with good reviews, so we called them. We have just completed our kitchen remodel with Avery Construction. Jason’s design surpassed our expectations for the space. His estimated cost for the remodel was right on the money. The subcontractors that worked at our house were amazing, every afternoon the home was clean and their tools were neatly placed in a corner. They were knowledgeable and willing to explain the process as they were completing it. We look forward to working with Avery soon to update our bathrooms.

Top shelf work. I found them to be professional, creative, and their project cost estimates were accurate. I am proud of the kitchen and 3 bathrooms that they created for me. They told me when the work would start and when it would be finished, and they held to that time line. We lived in the home while the projects were going on, and it Avery did all they could to make it a positive experience for us. They did the demolition of the old kitchen and bathrooms with expertise and minimal mess. They made me feel very much a part of the creation of my new computer designed, custom cabinets, which arrived on schedule, and very professionally installed. I think Avery's biggest asset is their attention to detail.

Commented: What finish are the cabinets?Maple wood with a Customized "Cherry-Like" Stain Color. We made her several variations to nail it. We build our cabinets in-house.
