Toby and Debbie oversaw a remodel of the interior and exterior of our house. This included but not limited to, demolition, coordination of sub contractors and interior design advice. Very happy with the results.

Shadow Creek has completed three separate projects for us. They replaces five vanities along with reworking the laundry room. Toss in total remodel of master closet and then replacing wood balusters with wrought iron...... oh yeah...... exterior painting and family room carpet and runners. ON TIME, ON BUDGET, DESIGN INCLUDED, PROFESSIONAL WORKMANSHIP.....plus really good people.

Highly Recommend! I hired Shadow Creek Homes to do a home renovation and I couldn't be happier. Definitely the right choice. Toby and Debbie were a great team. They were very knowledgeable and helpful throughout. Moreover, they were very respectful of my time and my budget. In fact, they helped me save money with their design input and recommendations, and, candidly, their design ideas also made the finished project better. In addition, I appreciated that they also respected my house and living space during the renovation process, from the protective measures they installed before the renovation started, to the daily cleanup, and really with the overall cleanliness maintained throughout. The attention to detail that went into the design and planning process made the actual construction project run smoothly. I truly cannot say enough good things. They completed the job on time and on budget. There were no cost or fee surprises; i.e., no extra charges, no upsells, hidden or unapproved changes, etc. I am amazed at transformation. Shadow Creek Homes created my dream home - at an affordable price! I walked in and fell in love. It is an HGTV type place, but I didn't have to deal with any of the headaches. The design is high-end with truly amazing details that make me smile on a daily basis. There is a sliding ladder in the pantry, for crying out loud! This is a company built on integrity, design, and craftsmanship. They take care of their customers. I have recommended this company to friends and family and will continue to do so!
