GreenRose Design is a full-service Design-Build firm for residential and commercial Interior & Exterior Design. GreenRose offers design-build services to clients looking for one team to design AND build out their home renovations and expansions with the GreenRose Team so the process is more streamlined and more cost-effective. GreenRose is known for the quality and uniqueness of its designs and the seamless transition from creating a design to then building it through to completion. Our goal is to create exceptional new spaces for clients looking for a high-end team to handle the entire project from the design to the implementation, and to have fun while doing it!

We worked with GreenRose Design on multiple design-build projects over the past 7 years but the one that really stands out is a full gut renovation of our beach house in Asbury Park, NJ, because that experience exceeded our expectations from start to finish. Their team handled both the design and construction seamlessly, which made what could have been an overwhelming process feel organized and manageable. Steve Moran and Ken Malian truly understood how to balance coastal style with contemporary and smart functionality. Working with GreenRose Design has been an absolute joy. They took several challenging areas in my home—my dining room, pantry, a non-existent mudroom, and personal office—and transformed them into beautiful, functional spaces that truly reflect my style. I hire GreenRose for various projects as I have remodeled a few homes over the last 10+ years. As one can imagine, picking the right firm, dealing with colors, room sizes, lighting, sub-contractors, etc., this is no doubt a daunting task. I have found that Ken and Steve have a way of approaching a project with pragmatism, objectivity and the willingness to satisfy the client. They have a wonderful approach to projects and after spending a few minutes with them, you feel as though you are talking with an old friend. I am "hands on" with my projects from start to finish, which gives me a very good insight as to how the projects are progressing. The subs that they use are all very considerate, responsible, polite and also do incredible work. I love dealing with them. As we all know, problems do arise throughout the duration of any project. These problems are quickly resolved by Ken and Steve's level of communication and their knowledge in the industry. I highly recommend GreenRose for any of your upcoming projects. They will not disappoint.

Steve and Ken at GreenRose Design are knowledgable, fun and have amazing taste. They are savvy in all aspects of home remodeling: from exterior painting to small interior touches. When we struggled with selling our home, they advised us to limit the negatives and make more positives. They have their own contractors, which made the process so easy. They even took on some of the physical work themselves. (Thanks Steve!!) I appreciated the calming way they operated as a team, and the great ideas they came up with. Worth the investment!

GreenRose is working on total kitchen remodel for our home and we are pleased with their efforts so far. They really take the time to listen to input and ideas, and provide helpful feedback of how to keep things in budget. They created a design that will improve our kitchen's usability and look classy for years to come. We look forward to showing it off once the construction is complete.

Thank heavens for GreenRose Design-Build! Our home was built in the 1950s and to our dismay, the shower in the master bathroom sprung a leak. To fix the problem meant removing the shower pan and thus involved most of the tiles. We were so grateful to be introduced to Ken and Steve who, being a Design-Build firm are in total control guiding us and advising us on every aspect of the project. We also spoke with General Contractors but this left us with many decisions we felt inadequate to make. We have total confidence in everything they are doing from helping us find the right tiles and bathroom fixtures to negotiating with suppliers and contractors. Ken and Steve are delightful people to work with!

We have been working with GreenRose on 2 projects in our home, a complete kitchen remodeling and a bar in the basement. From the beginning we felt very comfortable with the team, Steve and Ken, and relied on their expertise. Our dream kitchen has been completed and they coordinated all contractors every step of the way. They also helped us with a facelift for our family room with new paint and carpet. They listened to our preferences and advised us on design and layout choices, leading to fabulous results that we enjoy every day. Their ability to oversee and facilitate all steps of the project, big or small, have been incredibly valuable to us as we have busy full time jobs working outside of our home. We're really excited to continue on to our next project, the basement bar!

Steve and Ken are amazing to work with! They helped transform our new home into exactly what we envisioned. Steve is very knowledgeable and resourceful and always available to meet and ensure all work is completed accurately. Any issues we had were addressed immediately. Their sub contractors were great too! All the work was completed during the pandemic with minor set backs! Impressive! I can’t recommend them highly enough!
