This 1960s dated & in disrepair Shore townhouse was transformed into a deluxe retreat with modern amenities. The roof, windows, doors, and the entire interior were replaced & the original hardwood floors were refinished in a light color. Dark areas were lightened using a fresh palette, bright modern light fixtures, custom windows & glass doors. Further, the central column walls (with old-fashioned stairs) were removed. The custom floating staircase replacing it opened the space from entry to the 3rd floor allowing light & air to permeate all 3 levels and the cascading light fixture was the dramatic finishing lightening touch.
