We first used Elite for our kitchen a few years ago. We just finished our bathroom with them. We could not be happier! I really looked hard for a second bid, thinking that Elite was a bit high for our price range. But I trusted them, and they were extremely flexible in working with me to keep costs down and quality high. (Yes, I installed the recycled jeans insulation - and painted.) I now have the spa bathroom I have wanted for 20 years. Also, the workers are nice people to have around the house and they did consistently excellent work.

We recently had 3 bathrooms remodeled with Elite. Eric, Craig and Lori were very easy to work with. They were always available to answer any questions, and they were especially free to help make any changes or modifications, which we had plenty of. Their construction crew was professional, clean and courteous. Just a great group to work with. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I highly recommend them. They are not only professional at what they do but also provide reliable construction services.

We have worked with the Elite Construction team on two house remodel projects, including the bathroom remodel that we completed in October 2023. We are absolutely delighted by the attention to detail and quality of workmanship that is the hallmark of Elite's work. We had a great experience with Elite Construction on the remodel of our small bathroom. The planning process was smooth and clear and they were excellent communicators. The parts that Elite controlled completely were wonderful. One of the subcontractors was slower than expected and our timeline was delayed slightly. Overall, Elite was above and beyond any general contractor we have worked with. Honest, straightforward, high quality work, and fast. We love our modern bathroom.

Over approximately 10 weeks, the Elite Construction team transformed my small bathroom space into something magnificent! A space beyond my wildest dreams. Three cheers for Elite Construction! They did a beautiful job on our bathroom remodel and upstairs renovation. We were desperate after two previous contractors fell through and having only a narrow time window to work with. We finally found our way to Eric Lamascus of Elite, and right away we knew that everything was going to turn out great. What did I love about working with Elite? 1. Communication. Eric worked with us to answer all our questions and very quickly put together a plan and a detailed quote. He was so knowledgeable. He and Lori responded to our emails promptly and were extremely helpful as we went through our HOA approval process. As the project got under way, we worked directly with project leads Lori, Craig, and Ryan. They also were very responsive and patient in answering all our questions and concerns. 2. Top quality work. We could not have asked for higher-quality work. Kurt Angen’s tile work belongs in an art museum! Craig, Kurt, and Jonathan treated our job as if they were remodeling their own home. Every time I step into our new bathroom, I feel a sense of happiness and deep appreciation. Everything is beautiful. Focusing earnestly on listening to our vision for the bathroom, Eric used his high level of experience to suggest design changes that enhanced our plan, for example repositioning the drain to allow for a doorless shower design that previous contractors had told us was impossible. 3. Exceptional organization. The Elite team works like a well-oiled machine. They took care of all the coordination behind the scenes, and although we had delays that were mostly out of their control, they tried to make the remodel process go as smoothly as possible for us. The Buildertrend software system provided us with updated, helpful information about our timeline and who was coming that day. 4. Professionalism and follow-through. The guys from Elite were always polite, respectful, and careful with our things. They did not smoke on the job or play loud music. This was really appreciated because we were still living in the downstairs part of our house while they remodeled the upstairs. We enjoyed getting to know the guys who spent a lot of time at our house, like tile master Kurt and paint ninja Jonathan, who were always friendly and helpful. As our project winds down, we have been impressed by Elite’s relentless commitment to customer satisfaction. Both Eric and Lori are still following through to make sure that every small issue is completely resolved. A home remodel is a stressful process. I can’t imagine having done ours without partnering with the experts at Elite Construction.

Stop your search for a contractor!! You just found the right crew. I hadn't had any experience with contractors or remodels, but we all have heard horror stories about Contractors. Eric and Craig with Elite Construction remodeled our kitchen (including removing a large wall to create an open floor plan). We lived in the other part of the house while this was happening. I can not tell you how many times I'd go to work in the morning and talk about how I much I LOVED our contractor!. People look at me like I had two heads. Eric knows what he is doing, he organized, responsive and professional. Craig is a perfectionist (in a good way), and wouldn't dare leave anything that wasn't just right. The subcontractors were great, respectful and timely. The whole experience was so incredibly painless. They kept us updated daily on the progress and were always available to us. The estimated costs were on target and the estimated time to finish was as close to exact as possible. Remodeling is emotionally challenging for any homeowner, and these guys dealt with us going through all of that as well. I will hire them again in a heartbeat.

We chose Elite to remodel our kitchen, replacing floors, cabinets, countertops, appliances and the window. A day by day schedule was prepared, with what we had to have ready, since we chose to purchase our own flooring, appliances, sink and other fixtures and we did our own demolition ( great fun, actually, and they hauled the resulting pile away). The Elite team kept on schedule, kept to the price agreed, and was friendly and professional thoughout - even to providing their own porta-potty on site so we wouldn't be disturbed. Once finished, they were good at coming back to take care of our checklist of things that were not quite right - things that get noticed only after you have moved in and start looking really closely.

Elite Construction recently completed a remodel of our bathroom and family room. We got several quotes on the project, but what impressed us about Elite was their attention to detail on the quote, and their knowledgeable, professional, and pleasant demeanor. Every aspect of the job is a line item on the quote, so we knew up front that we were all on the same page with the scope of work. Eric and Craig, and their team, have such high standards and skill and they made sure that our job results were exactly what we wanted, right down to Eric finding a special type of linear drain so that we could use large format tile on our shower floor. I can honestly say that I would not change anything, and that the project turned out even better than I had envisioned. Our project manager was Carla, and she did a wonderful job. We were assigned a log in to a site where we could check our schedule of work and post questions or messages. If I posted a question in the evening, I awoke to a response. Our project was completed about 2 months ago, and the few times I have had questions and emailed Eric, he has replied just as quickly. You cannot go wrong choosing Elite Construction.
