Sometimes, Joey don't reply my text right away, I understand that everybody is busy, and I don't immediately reply everything either, and on issues gating the progress, Sam is very responsive. “After interviewing 12 contractors, we hired Case Remodeling to do what turned out to be a whole-house remodel. They re-designed and re-configured our kitchen, updated our fireplace and family room (it was added to 77 Ideabooks here on Houzz - too cool!), pull and replace our bathrooms, replace our flooring, and remove our popcorn ceilings. I have to say that I was impressed by them from the get-go. They listened to everything we had to say, as opposed to some contractors who brushed off our ideas. They realized that we weren't made of money, so there had to be a budget, where other contractors simply asked us to "trust them." They took our basic ideas and made them SO MUCH better. The designer we had gave us great options in the design. We worked with the designer and took the pieces we liked from each of her proposed designs to make the final design one that we totally loved. We had ample input in to the design, and we were absolutely thrilled with the results. I truly appreciated that when we worked with Case, their designers, and their employees, they were incredibly knowledgeable, and they were honest. We didn't get a lot of "well...maybe..." talk, we got straightforward answers and reasonable estimates, regarding both time and money. They were realistic about what could and what couldn't be done, they were realistic about time frames and availability, and they didn't disappoint us. We'd recommend them - any time. Seriously.”

“I can't say enough about what a great experience it was to work with Wei and his team! My kitchen had an unexpected leak that led to mold, which damaged our cabinets and part of the surrounding wall. After having the space cleaned and dried out, we needed to hire a contractor to handle the remodeling of the entire kitchen. There were things that I didn't like about my kitchen before this happened (light switch was in the wrong place, sink was in an awkward spot, countertop was sloping, pantry was a sad closet with only four shelves, and wall was not perfectly straight), so we took this opportunity to remodel the kitchen the way we would like it to be. Wei came out and gave us some great ideas on kitchen design and flow. Then, we went to their showroom and picked out our tiles and found such beautiful materials to work with. He was great at getting back to me whenever we had questions or concerns. We ordered our appliances through him and his crew did all of the installation. We did have a few delays, but it was due to city inspections and illness, and Wei was always great about communicating with me and sending a crew on a Saturday if they wanted to make up time. And any time I had concerns about something, he was always quick to send someone over to fix whatever needed adjustment. The work that his crews did on our home was awesome and they fixed all of those things in our kitchen that used to drive me insane! I've already referred him to my friends and will definitely hire them again when we're ready to remodel our bathrooms!”

“We hired Bluejay Nest to finish a detached studio on our property. The main contractor, Gerardo, first came out to view the studio to provide us an accurate estimate for the job, Afterwards, they followed up via email with a detailed estimate. Vanessa and Gerardo are professional, quick to respond and knowledgable about the remodeling business. Gerardo's crew was available to complete the project around the new years holiday. They installed sheetrock and trim before painting the studio. In addition, they installed engineered hardwood flooring. The team cleaned up the work site meticulously as well. We are very happy with Bluejay nest and would highly recommend them. We are currently in the early stages of planning a remodel with them as well!”
