Over the past 15 years, GM Construction and GT Design has designed and built several luxury custom homes for my overseas client both on Hualalai Resort and Kukio. These homes were luxury builds and turn key - where the owner simply arrived and walked through the front door to enjoy their new home. GM Construction delivers a high end product and offers their warranty without question. It has been a pleasurable experience for the owner from the beginning to the finished product. My overseas client has enjoyed working with GM Construction so much they he have built several homes together. I have another high end client from the east coast that never built a home and always preferred to buy a newly constructed residence. After working with them for several years to find them their perfect Hawaii retreat, I introduced them to GM Construction who designed and built them their dream Hawaiian retreat home which they enjoyed for over 10 years before leaving Hawaii for health reasons. They repeatedly said GM Construction made building their home easy and a pleasurable experience.

I've lost count how many homes we've worked with GM Construction on over the last two decades. They are the true embodiment of an honest ethical efficiently run contracting business. Most of our work has been new construction projects where GM does a design build typically for high end resort clients who do not live on the Island. GM have great systems in place, are extremely organized and have a great team that all very communicative, detail orientated and professional. Their jobsite's are always so pristine no matter what stage of the project. We've always enjoyed every project had the pleasure of working on with GM. Their ability to finish a project ahead of the timeline has always astounded us. A happy team equals happy clients with excellent results ! Some clients enjoy the building process so much with GM they have them build multiple homes for them !

Beautiful Work !!!! I was a contractor in Michigan and North Carolina. I did custom woodworking on my projects. Came into it from antique furniture and love seeing homes being built. I hopefully will be moving to Costa Rica sometime in 2015 to manage development projects for someone I know. I physically can't do it anymore. Love your Kanae lot 1 project. I'd love to have that built for me in a couple of years in Costa Rica, sitting and watching sunsets over the Pacific !!! Robert Kahler
