After we purchased our house, we had a number of issues that were uncovered during the home inspection to address. They included correcting missing kickout flashing on the chimney, french doors that were not hung squarely and did not close properly, minor water leaks around windows and doors, and some drywall repair. Construction by Design was able to address all of these, bringing in different resources that knew how to do each job properly. The team members were extremely courteous and professional, they completed the work quickly, and did an excellent job. The kickout flashing in particular was tricky (we had a few other contractors look at it and decline to work on it) because it also involved some stucco repair once the flashing was in place. The finished product looks awesome (the stucco work is completely seamless), and we don't have any more water leaks. Very happy with Construction by Design, and they are now our go-to for any home project when help is needed. Highly recommend

Adriana and her crew were amazing! They were very upfront about costs and stayed within the budget throughout the entire project. I was even able to fit in a little extra drywall work. I had my awful bathroom, completely renovated and she was very good at making interior recommendations, knowing that I am a retired architect and am pretty picky. I cannot recommend this company enough. Please excuse the "before" pics, I'm embarrassed enough to be posting them :)

Adriana Clark and Construction by Design are absolutely fabulous! Adriana remodeled our master bathroom and had wonderful ideas to make our small space more efficient, functional and stunningly beautiful. She also installed a dog door in our wall and fixed some issues in our kitchen, so she has the capability to do any home project. She is extremely trustworthy and an absolute joy to work with. She goes above and beyond for her clients. Every other contractor I spoke with said our budget was too small, but she showed us how to get something we loved without "breaking the bank," as she likes to say. Highly recommend!

Adriana and her team were flexible and efficient. She worked with us to develop a design that worked for our space and our budget. We are really happy with the couple of tweaks we were able to make our new house feel like home to us. We added an island in the kitchen and she was able to get us a good deal on some beautiful granite. We also added shelves with rustic barn wood in our office, and they turned out beautifully! Her carpenter did excellent work -- they are exactly what we wanted.

Adriana is great at what she does. She is very patient and makes sure that you love something before a decision is made. Until then, she will continue to do research and spend time to find what you are looking for. She takes an image you have in mind and brings it to life in a way that is better than what you imagined. Love her!

Outstanding work in both design and construction! Our home was in desperate need of a kitchen and bath remodel. We always wanted an open floor plan in our living, dining and kitchen area but could not quite visualize how it would work. From the very first meeting at our home, Adriana immediately came up with a layout that was brilliant! The thing I enjoyed most was having someone so knowledgeable in the details of construction and at the same time possessing the artistic vision for selecting the best materials for your home and style. She even helped with the placement of furniture for our now huge space! Having a Builder and an Interior Designer all in one made it seamless and fun. After a lot of research, we chose Adriana Clark & her company, Construction by Design, for our master bath remodel & updating our master bedroom. She also replaced the roof on our home. We could not be happier with the results. As bathrooms go, our bath was a large project with many challenges, yet she & her team of skilled workers completed our project in a reasonable time & for an excellent price. Adriana has an eye for detail & style. She helped me make cost efficient and attractive choices. She simply does not allow sloppy work and comes back quickly after the job completion if any touch ups are needed. Don't be fooled. This delightful woman knows construction!
