Zack and his crew completed a full bathroom reno and updated our old kitchen. After an unforeseen delay at the start of the project due to our building's plumbing, the team were able to complete the work in a timely manner and get us moved back in. Communication was great and the crew was punctual and efficient. Our only issue was some damage to our existing flooring which Zack did address to the best of his abilities, turning this project into a succesfull challenge. We're happy with the results and would book Ivory Home Builders again.

It was a pleasure to work with Zack and his team renovating our whole house before we put it up in the market and we had a successful sale. The house beautifully presented itself and impressed everyone. Ivory Home Builders proved to be very detail and customer oriented. As with all renovation projects, there are always some unexpected hiccups, but this team always worked to find a solution and is reasonable in sharing of costs before they finalize anything. Most importantly, the end result is exactly as we had hoped it would be.

Ivory Home Builders helped me renovate my master bedroom/bathroom (suite) AND my backyard. First I did my bathroom and then after I saw the great job that Zack did, I asked him about my pool remodel. Zack, my project manager, was suuper patient and nice during the initial consultation - he not only went through some of his previous works to gauge what kind of design I was looking for but also gave me a price I could not refuse. (I knew because he was already my 4th estimate.) I've heard so many horror stories of people having terrible contractors (from running off with your money to doing a terrible job and not taking responsibility), but I am so glad that Ivory Home Builders became a company I truly trusted. As a first time homeowner and never having done a renovation, Zack guided me through everything patiently. From needing to think about how much clearance the shower door should have all the way to the layout of my closet, I feel like I have now learned so much about the process! I also now know so much about types of tiles, pool coping, and pavers. Here I am, a couple months later, with the bedroom, walk-in closet, bathroom, AND backyard of my dreams!! -Basically things I did: demolish two smaller bedrooms, closet, and bathroom to make a master suite. Installed a floating vanity, glass shower enclosure, and walk-in closet. Replastered my pool with pebble (quartzscape), changed the tiling and coping to limestone, installed porcelain pavers and artificial turf, moved the location of my pool equipment to make room for extra space, installed an outdoor shower with both cold and hot water The scope of work that Ivory Home Builders can accomplish is limitless. I'm so happy I found them and am able to transform my home.

Zack was very courteous throughout the entire process. He made sure we understood everything that was going on. Our bathrooms turned out looking fantastic way beyond expectations!
