If you’re looking for a kitchen and bath store that will guide you through a remodel with a realistic budget, timeline, detailed plans, and reliable execution, beware — this may not be the right fit. We went with Kitchens on Broadway after receiving a glowing recommendation from neighbors who had a great experience. Unfortunately, we later discovered that the designer they worked with had left the company, along with several other senior designers. We skipped doing our own homework and ended up regretting it. We paid a $1,200 design fee, and after six months—only after we had repeatedly asked for our money back—we finally received renderings and a layout that essentially copied a design we had already created ourselves using free online software and had provided to them three months earlier, so this was incredibly disappointing. Since then, we’ve done our own research and found several other reputable kitchen and bath designers in the Denver area who offer an initial design, budget estimate, and timeline before requiring any payment. Often being able to provide an initial design within 2 weeks. That level of transparency and professionalism made us realize how far off our experience here was. I strongly recommend doing your due diligence as there are better options out there.

We could not have been more pleased with how our kitchen remodel turned out. Zane was absolutely amazing to work with. It was like she could read our minds and showed us things that worked perfectly with our vision. She was with us every step of the way from picking out cabinet colors and styles to being at our house for delivery and installation of our countertops. We feel like we got our dream kitchen with this remodel. If you are looking for someone to help you with your kitchen remodel, you can stop looking because you found them. I have worked with Michelle Eliason on two different kitchen remodels. From five contractors interviewed, I chose Kitchens on Broadway (and Hawk Construction) because of Michelle. She was such a joy to work with, so professional and fun on the first kitchen in 2015. The kitchen was perfect, she listened to our needs and made it happen. When we moved and needed to remodel our current kitchen we immediately called Michelle (and Hawk). Once again she came through with an amazing product, not only in the kitchen, but helping select new flooring throughout the house and updating and redesigning the fireplace wall for an integrated living space.

Kitchens on Broadway did an incredible job designing our kitchen. We love the functionality and the timeless beauty of our new kitchen. The cabinets and all of the extra features Linda suggested were spot on. Everyone at the showroom was easy to work with, efficient and professional. Working with Michelle Eliason has been more than a pleasure. She was warm and reassuring about the design process and subsequent construction. Her explanations of what would take place and when it would happen were thorough and accurate. We met again in our home and had the opportunity to describe what we disliked about our current kitchen and what we hoped to achieve in a new design. Michelle’s work far exceeded what we could have hoped for. Her design literally doubled the amount of functional kitchen storage space! She listened to our ideas and concerns with patience and a real understanding of our needs. The Kitchens On Broadway showroom made it easy to choose from a variety of design elements. The quality of products from sinks- to faucets-to tile-to countertops ensured that we could get a high end look for our kitchen. Michelle’s steady guidance throughout this project was far above our expectations! And now we have a freakin’ beautiful kitchen!! We couldn’t be more happy!

I interviewed 5 different companies for our master bath remodel. KOB won because of Michelle. She listened to what I wanted and came back with great design ideas. I really enjoyed working with her through the design process. She would give suggestions and in the end came back with something that had a splash of her ideas and mine. Michelle is quick to respond to request and great customer service. Love how the bathroom turned out!

KOB were so wonderful to work with and we would definitely work with them again. We opened up our kitchen and created a master bathroom. Michelle was so helpful as we refined our style and provided us with different options. She listened to what we wanted in a kitchen/bathroom and helped create the space that was perfect for us. Michelle was fantastic! We had an issue with one of the cabinets not having a drawer like it was supposed to and she was prompt to take care of the issue! Always got back to me quickly and very helpful!

We worked with Kitchens on Broadway and their construction sister company Hawk. We were very satisfied with the guidance, planning, and ability to meet deadlines. Michelle, from KOB is extremely courteous, respectful and professional. She is resourceful when recommending materials and cabinetry. Our project was within reasonable limits of the original schedule.

The design matched my taste. The crew was great. Everything happened on schedule and very professional. They were respectful of me, my time and my dogs. I highly recommend.
