Sam and I bought a beautiful spec home with a view from Ezra Lee Design + Build back in 2015. After living in the home for 3 years, we went back and hired Ezra's Senior Designer, Landon Taylor, to help us add some special interest to our fireplace and design a cozy situation for our great room and dining space. Landon and his team presented ideas to us in a way that made it very easy to make decisions and move forward on our project. They were good about using our feedback to make changes that better reflected our personal style and desired outcome. We have been very pleased with all of the furniture selections and the balance of form + function has been spot on. Our new space now comfortably seats 22+ people and the overall aesthetic is textural, multidimensional, interesting, and totally "us". Toward the end of our project, I even gave Landon and his team an important deadline, and they totally delivered with a couple days to spare! I would not hesitate to hire them again for a future home, or even another project in our current house. All of my interactions with Ezra and his employees have been nothing but positive. My wife and I hired Ezra Lee and his team to build our 8,000ft custom home in Draper, UT. We started the design process over about a year and have now started construction. We have heard that building a home can be stressful and difficult but Ezra and his team have made it enjoyable. They are attentive and professional and often have creative solutions for difficult problems. Our lot is on a slope and has some unusual features but despite the difficulties, the home creatively takes advantage of the terrain and views thanks to their collaborative approach. The team of designers (Kelly Swan, Dan Kiser), Project manager (Mike Muehlmann), and our Superintendant (Cory Dean) have been fantastic. From design (the fun part) to budget (the not fun part), they are great. The company is small enough to close personal contact with Ezra but big enough to have the specialists on the job, from designers to contractors. I cant say enough good things about this builder, you will not be disappointed.

We hired Ezra Lee Design+Build to build our home. The whole process took about seven months and we were involved in the entire project, from starting with the drawing plans to finishing with the landscape. Ezra and his staff were very professional and knowledgable. We agreed upon a budget before we started and they kept it. There were times where we changed our minds on certain details last minute and Ezra was able to accommodate us. Ezra has great taste and we appreciated his ideas and feedback throughout the building procedure. Our experience with Ezra Lee Design + Build was amazing. We have worked with other builders before and have heard countless horror stories about builders over promising and disappearing after the home is done leaving the homeowners high and dry. This was NOT our experience with Ezra. Ezra was extremely involved in all stages of the build from design to completion. He and his staff were great to work with and had a sincere desire to see our home be as great as it could be. I feel like they went the extra mile many times. For example during the framing process we discovered we had numerous views that we could have where walls were. So they suggested we cut out windows to take advantage of the views which ended up being amazing. We wanted a house that did not look like any house we'd seen before.
