What is the pebble-like architectural covering on this patio? Is it applied over the waterproofing membrane?

    Of course! Also, the material used for this deck with the coating is called "Polycoat". There are different material options on Rad Concrete's website - you can find more Polycoated decks/patios etc. there in their gallery.
