Bedrock Quartz

I wouldn’t recommend this company. We spent thousands to have an outdoor bar set up near our hot tub and Bedrock Quartz Co. Promised their product would withstand the extreme weather conditions. After a year the edges of counter started to fall off. We had them repair it and they stated that the new adhesive was a lot stronger and would hold up without any problems. Two years later all of the edges had fallen off again. They are now stating that they aren’t responsible for the damage and won’t fix it or stand by their work! Horrible customer support.

Graham & Noe were wonderful to work with because they explained what they were doing throughout the installation on our Granite countertops. They even showed me how the steps to seal the countertops and what to expect. Working with Bedrock Quartz was fantastic, from the front office and installers. If I could give them a high ranking (like a perfect 10) I would. Thanks from making our kitchen better than it was. :) S. Hanline

I just wanted to say thanks to Melanie and the bedrock Quartz team. My countertops turned out perfect and from start to finish It only took a little over two weeks. Melanie was very helpful and guided us through the process making sure we were aware of all the details and accessories available. The installers were very competent and capable and we’re careful to get things just right. Thanks again for giving me a kitchen that I can always be proud of!

Best company ever! We used Bedrock Quartz for our kitchen countertops. This company exceeded all our expectations. And we ended up doing fireplace and even tile all over the house with them. Our sales rep Laura is so amazing! She was replying to emails late at night and on the weekends! Always staying in touch and moving the project along. Communication was very easy and overall service was outstanding. We found our fireplace on Instagram. This was a custom job that required a lot of planning. We get so many compliments about our fireplace from all of our friends and neighbors. Best fireplace in UT! Thank you Laura, and installation team (Trace, Alex G, Alex L)! Highly recommend!

We were so impressed with Bedrock Quartz. We shopped around and took weeks to decide which company we would go with to replace our kitchen countertops. There are other excellent companies we could have gone with, but it just seemed that in every aspect of the decision, including cost, service, warranty, quality, knowledge and understanding, time frame, etc. Bedrock was right there. Jeff (Dedow) representative who worked with us was outstanding. He was so attentive and demonstrated great interest in our satisfaction right down to the last interaction! They did a wonderful job and we couldn't be more pleased. We will use them again without question if the need arises in the future!

Best experience I’ve ever had getting new countertops. From our Layton sales associate Shania to our installers Graham and Tyler, we couldn’t be more pleased. Shania gave us great help and advice in choosing our granite. Graham and Tyler were polite, professional and so thorough. It’s pretty obvious all these folks have been well trained and like their jobs. We haven’t done the backsplash yet so ignore the walls in the picture.

Absolutely have been impressed with Bedrock Quartz from the initial bid until the countertop was installed. Communication from Bedrock throughout the process was constant and key for a clear understanding of what to expect with each step of the process. The final installation was quick and flawless. Bedrock surpassed our expectations and we would highly recommend them.

Alex Zavala was great with our install. Arrived an hour early. When does that ever happen?! Fortunately I had already disconnected the faucets! Got the job done quickly and very well.

I love my new granite countertop. Alex and his assistant did an amazing job with the install. Their prices were reasonable and it took only a couple of weeks once we chose our granite. They answered all our questions and helped us know what is in style now, but that ultimately our opinions and likes mattered most. They helped us make the best selection by asking good questions and then measured and installed it in a timely fashion.. Service from start to finish was better than our expectation.

Wow! We could not be more pleased! Li Mancini was awesome! She was so helpful and patience in working with us as we selected the quartz countertop and sinks for our kitchen and two bathrooms. She was quick to get back with us when we had any questions. She was proactive, professional and friendly throughout the whole process. When Cody came to do the templating he was very thorough, knowledgable and helpful as we made the final decision before installation. The installers, Jonathan and Andrekus were great! They were so patient when answering all of our questions. And took extra care to make sure that our existing backsplash was not damaged and that they didn't track in dirt or leave a mess when they left. The installation was perfect! We love our new countertops! I highly recommend Bedrock Quartz!

We purchased our counter tops through Ikea and Bedrock Quartz just installed a few days ago. We are very happy with how they turned out. I really liked how Amy just texted back and forth with me to arrange scheduling for template and install dates. I wish more companies would catch on to how people communicate in 2019! Alex and his assistant did a great job with the install.

Franciso and Simon did very nice job on our kitchen granite. This is the second kitchen that we have done with bedrock. They were super easy to work with. Helped us find just the right color and then did an amazing job on the digital layout. The granite has large veining and it was not easy task to hide the joint. But to our delight, they hid it so well, I hardly knew where it was! Thanks for your nice work from design all the way to install! We will for sure use you again in the future!
