We worked with Cheri through Sunstone Interiors in the early summer of 2019. Cheri was extremely accommodating and fun to work with. During the walkthrough, she listened to feedback but was also more than willing to let me stand aside and have her take care of the heavy lifting on design approaches with my realtor. Her team was respectful to keep my house clean during the staging process and kept me in the loop on everything that was and was planned to happen. Their team was fairly undisruptive while staging and I was able to tackle other moving chores while they were around without any issue. At key points during the staging, Cheri worked with me on some minor concerns/questions I had and was open to hearing them. Not only was the setup process great, but she also offered to help remove some of the bigger items I had trouble removing such as an old bed and some old plastic tubs after moving out of state. Ultimately the big pay off was my home looking fantastic and receiving MULTIPLE OVER ASKING OFFERS in a neighborhood where most other sellers had to lower their listing price. You are losing money and energy if you don't work with Cheri. Sunstone was extremely cooperative and even offered a half upfront /half at the sale offer, worked around our dog living with staging, and helped us remove some key items after we had moved out. We were extremely happy will the whole process.

My realtor recommended this company to do the staging for my listing. The design was perfect! It was well thought out and targeted potential buyers in my hipster neighborhood. The furniture and accessories used were high quality and made the place look amazing. She accessorized everything! Artwork, mirrors and tapestries on the walls, kitchen counters, bathroom counters and even the shower shelves were decorated. It made the home feel complete. My house sold for $60k over the asking price. I'm a happy customer.

Cheri did an an incredible job staging our listing in Silver Lake! The home was very unique, with an indoor pool, multi-colored walls and other style features (narrow staircases, technicolor kitchen) that intimidated other stagers and designers, but Cheri took on the project with so much confidence and follow-through.
