We liked a spec home from Simcon and then customized it to our liking. Rodney and his team did a fantastic job with our house and we are very happy to call it our home. Rodney is reasonable, straight forward and very reliable. He always followed up timely and was engaged throughout the process. Kudos to his team ! They were all easy to work with. Rodney and Simcon Homes does a fantastic job for their clients. Rodney did a master bath remodel for my wife and I and we could not be happier with the quality of work. Excellent! Always available. Quality work. Even when we call him 10-12 years after he built our home, he gets back to us immediately with ideas or recommendations for things such as plumbers, painters, whatever we need. We raised three very physically active boys here - and the house has held up very well!

Rodney did a great job coordinating all the skilled workers involved. He stayed with the project the entire time even accompanying me to the cabinet store to help make decisions. He expedited delivery of the cabinets even when the cabinet company changed ownership in the middle of the project. Stayed within budget except for the granite we selected being a bit more expensive. Job was finished on time other than mirrors we had ordered through another company were delayed...not his fault. Bathrooms look great...Rodney has pictures. Have recommended Simcon homes to others.

I have built 4 homes with 4 different builders. I have had some good experiences, a fair experience and a bad experience. With Rodney, I had an exceptional experience building my current home. He really worked with us all throughout the building process to make sure everything we wanted was done and then some. Everything turned out perfect and even ahead of schedule. Pricing on options was very fair. He has also been super responsive on warranty work and on helping us find people to do additional work after we closed. He even helped me out on a few personal crises while were in transit back to Ohio. He is a great guy and all of his trades were great too! I highly recommend him.

Simcon Homes was great to work with! The quote was thorough and very reasonable. The communication throughout the project was excellent, and the quality of work was among the best we've seen. We had a 1st floor powder room removed and turned into a walk-in pantry. Project included demo, framing, drywall, tiling, built-in shelving, painting, electrical and plumbing work, and installation of a new door. We also used Simcon homes to replace our old wood deck with a new Trex deck and railing system. We couldn't be happier with how both projects turned out. Highly recommend Simcon Homes!

Wingate Homes and their team of contractors did an extremely professional job on my home. When I purchased my house it was a mess. Everything needed to be replaced. Rodney Simon worked with me every step of the way. I couldn't believe how he transformed my house. He took care of everything from the roof to the basement. I couldn't be happier!
