Kaytlyn Constantinou, Owner/Designer of Focal Point Design, has been a joy to work with. We would, without hesitation, work with her again. We had long contemplated a renovation of our 40+ year old Deck House kitchen and primary bathroom. Kaytlyn’s professionalism, experience and communication skills took our project from contemplation to completion. She listened to our ideas and concerns and understood the unique construction features of our Deck House. She provided us with graphical views of design options and construction details making them easy to visualize and understand. She patiently guided us through the process of selecting tile, fixtures, cabinets, etc. Once the renovation started, Kaytlyn was readily available for any question or issue that we or the contractors had, and resolved these quickly. Very knowledgeable and responsive! This is our second project with Kaytlyn. She really knows everything about design and construction.

Kaytlyn pulled out several choices of materials as we designed the kitchen redo. She laid out several different backstop materials and paint samples that would complement the selected counter tops and blend with new tile flooring. She was very helpful in selecting two sinks, faucets and hardware handles for the cabinets that fit with our home decor. The visits were fun and the end result beautiful and functional.

We needed a design professional for our kitchen/bath renovation (see attached pix). Kaytlyn was recommended by our realtor who had worked with her and had nothing but praise for her work. Kaytlyn was both exceptionally personable AND knowledgeable. We had a good general idea what we wanted but Kaytlyn was always there to advise when we either needed to confirm our decisions or needed guidance (be it technical or aesthetic). Our general contractor was so impressed with her work that he plans to subcontract her for his future work.
