I had a really frustrating experience at this tile store and honestly wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. The customer service was incredibly disappointing from start to finish. Coralie at the head office is a bully and rude after I asked for an exchange of product.What bothered me most was the attitude condescending and impatient from Coralie. I do not know how this person works at that position with poor communication and screaming at customers.She has no self control .She does not think before acting with the customer that need a quick resolutions to their issues. Overall, a very disappointing experience. There are plenty of other tile stores that actually value their customers .I’d suggest going somewhere else.

I was to the store in Laval and we had a great service from Pauline, but end up buying a small quantity of boxes in the Outlet store. The service was great! Since start Lisiane, Andrew and Thomas was helpful to guide us to make a great decision. We bought a Portobello tiles (Brazilian company). I loved the service! I will comeback to my next renovation next year!

Very disappointed with the plumbing products and customer service. After buying our ceramic there, Ive bought almost all of the plumbing from them as they were on sale and mainly because of the seller convinced us of the super high quality that they were, nothing compared to the local products. For starters, a component in the shower valve was cracked and caused a water damage. In addition, 4 screws were missing for the freestanding bathtub faucet which arent the usual screws you can find in your hardware store. So I contact Ceragres about these issues where a representant says he'll take care of it. Even though I asked him to keep me posted, I have to call him every week to ask him where are the screws. Then I ask him for a replacement for the shower valve component which he says that he placed the other, but not more news after that. I got fed up with the awful customer service and took matters in my own hands. I contacted directly the manufacturer of the shower valve for a replacement and after 3 tries, manage to get the rights screws off Amazon. Needless to say that I wasted so much time with them, had to fix up the water damage it caused, payed extra plumber fees and of course delayed the project by weeks. Stick to ceramic Ceragres, plumbing doesnt seem to be your cup of tea.

Horrible company with zero customer consideration. Ordered tiles, for an extensive renovation, weeks in advance. One week before delivery I was told there was an inventory mistake and half my order would not be delivered. No apology, no attempt to fix things.... just "bad news". As it was quite late in the process I went ahead with the other half of my order. I had a specific delivery date booked. I was called the day of the delivery and told my delivery would be arriving the next day?! No one at the company attempted to fix this problem or talk to me about it. They blamed the delivery company (they hired the company) who in turn blamed them back. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I will never be using them again. I was also able to find a higher quality tile for the half of my order, which had been cancelled, at a lower price point. The tile is not special or unique. You can find much better elsewhere without all the hassle.

i bought tiles, a bath\shower combo and all the faucets and i must say that the results are amazing! i recommend them to everyone

I redid both my bathroom with Ceragres tiles and loved their products. So many choice to chose from, the staff all have a design background and were able to guide me through the process. Wonderful service! The stores definitely stands out from the rest.

I ordered tiles from Creagres for my backsplash and planned my entire kitchen decor around these tiles. I was just told that the delivery would be delayed to 3 weeks after the completion of my project. That would put the date I receive the tiles to over 2 months from the day of my order! Ridiculously unprofessional. .

What a wonderful supplier! Ceragres is a preferred retailer of ours and we send all of our clients there. Their boutique inspired showroom highlights their wonderful product line. Their staff is extremely knowledgeable and lovely to work with.

The products are beautiful and price points fit all different budgets. As a designer, the showroom is an important place to bring a client, showing them variety without overwhelming the client. Of course it helps when all the sales staff in the toronto location are fabulous, they are all extremely knowledgeable.

This place is a must in Montreal (and now many other cities) for finding a great selection of tiles (and natural stone as well). Styles range from classic to more modern choices. They also have quartz countertops ! Service is good in the showroom which is clean and aery. Pick-up can be tricky, but has improved over the years. I would highly recommend this hop when thinking of purchasing tiles.
