The construction crew was punctual, efficient, and a pleasure to work with. The tile setters, painters, and woodworkers clearly took pride in a job well done, and gave even small details their full attention and care. The crew was respectful of our privacy throughout. Every part of the project was done with care to protect the rest of the area from plaster dust and debris. When electrical issues needed troubleshooting, Green Bay went all out to address them thoroughly, and stayed with it until we had an excellent result. Danny and the construction foremen organized a complicated schedule and kept us apprised of what work would be done when. They were excellent communicators and extremely reliable. Green Bay Remodeling will be our first choice when we tackle the the rooms of our home that we didn't address this time around. I highly recommend them for your remodeling projects.

Green Bay Remodeler did a complete makeover of my master bathroom. The completed product is showcase worthy. They have my full endorsement. Detailed blueprints and computer-generated renderings that were produced before work began enhanced the project. Roy supervised the crew and did most of the legwork for the selection of materials and fixtures. I hired Green Bay to remodel my kitchen as well as upgrade the lighting and paint the rest of the house. Their contractors were not very knowledgeable and they made many mistakes. In the kitchen they installed the lower cabinets and countertop too low so the oven was sticking out like a sore thumb. Once they raised the lowers (and installed new countertop) they also needed to re-install the uppers to get enough clearance. They fixed it. The countertop was fabricated badly and they had to replace it, along with the peninsula countertop that they did incorrectly. The backsplash was installed unevenly and had to be replaced by a professional tile guy. The electrical work had tons of issues and they failed inspection twice. They fixed some of the issues but in the end my husband had to finish the electrical job for them because they had no idea how to fix it. The painting of the rest of the house was done so poorly that we decided to bring over a different set of contractors to strip the walls and redo the painting. I gave them the second star because they were willing to fix their mistakes and finish the job (mostly). Still, It was a really bad experience and also took forever to complete. Needless to say, I would never hire them again.

Update for my review: Character limitations restrict me from adding, so this review is an update. Green Bay Remodeling closed my job after final payment, leaving a shower drain that leaks to the subfloor, incredible as it seems. In the interest of full disclosure, some 3 weeks after a bathroom remodel project completion that was 8 weeks late, I went to clean the hair collector in the linear drain and observed an 3/16 inch gap where the linear drain was offset from the drain pipe. Water was free to leak through this opening and into the subfloor space. It took 21 days for Green Bay to fix this problem. And they fixed it without griping. But according to the City inspector, this is not something the CIty inpsector checks. Again, as I experienced throughout this project, a simple attention to detail by the project manager could have caught and corrected before leaving the job. Either he knew and did not tell me or was not aware of this very simple thing, either way very poor performance. Think twice about hiring this company, they are not 4-stars, regardless of what the reviews state. No 4-star contractor would let problem after problem drag on, nor tolerate employees that concluded this job with a shower that leaks into the subfloor, nor tolerate an project manager and supervisor that hide, obfuscate, and refuse to admit the company did anything wrong. From my experience with Green Bay Remodeling, my problems were not just because of one crew, or one project manager, or one supervisor, but rather there appears to be a systemic problem at the company: little attention to detail at the project level and not being transparent with the client, and a mentality on up the management chain where everyone says the same mantra: “you have a fantastic bathroom, what’s the problem?" I do not have fantastic bathroom, even though that is what Green Bays tells me. I did not get everything I wanted on this project. Green Bay seems eager to honor, and respond to, and repair, warranty problems such as mine. However it took 3 weeks before any work was performed to address the latest problem. With Green Bay you will eventually get pretty much what you want and a quality product, but you have to be very careful. Watch them, and preferably have someone on hand with remodeling experience for over sight.

As first time homeowners we learned a very valuable lesson from Green Bay Remodeling. A contractor is only as good as it laborers doing the actually work. Yes, they were responsive and attempted to fix problems that came up…. BUT the amount of issues and the quality of the work was completely unacceptable. And that is what matters at the end of the day because that’s what I see every time I go into my bathroom and want to cry about the time, stress and money wasted on this company. Our project manager liked to remind us that this was our first remodel and we just didn’t understand how the industry works. I’ll list our issues below and let you decide for yourself. Wrong window type ordered Plans drawn up incorrectly with shower niche layout and missing second outlet Standing water left behind by workers multiple times after the whole reason for remodel was previous water damage/black mold Broke our vanity twice Peeling/bubbling paint Uneven walls even after multiple attempts at re-mudding Crooked installation of fixtures Improper installation of shower drain causing water to pour out under bathroom for months Toilet rough in too big for flange leading to loose and unsupported toilet Hole left open and forgotten in roof for weeks Complete redo of entire shower tile job due to terrible and inexperienced installation Final tile job already has grout cracks and peeling caulk and even several hairline cracks in tile. Do yourself a favor and hire your own subs because tiling should be done by expert tiler and not the same laborer that is also doing plumbing, framing, drywall and paint.

My experience with Green Bay remodeling was a joy I began having 2 bathrooms done by them and was so impressed by the level of detail and professionalism that I decided to have my entire house done. We had our kitchen done by Green Bay Remodeling, they sent out Nerya for the consultation. He was very thorough when explaining the pros and cons which could happen during a kitchen remodel. He was also very upfront about ‘no sugar coating’, and it showed during the project. When we had few unexpected challenges he took full responsibility and made sure the problem was taken care of right away. One bath had extensive water damage and I felt an immediate confidence in my project manager Allen from the initial consultation. Both baths turned out beautiful, on time and on budget. My kitchen was in real need of an update. I contacted and met 4 contractors, including Green Bay Remodeling. After talking to Adir, I knew they were the right choice. Adir really listened to what I had in mind, and had great suggestions when I wasn't sure what to do with some items. I even decided to broaden the scope of the project and included flooring, lighting, painting and few other things across from the apartment. I wasn't home during the day when the project was ongoing, but I was regularly getting updates from Adir by texts. Jesus and his team moved at an incredible speed and kept the place as clean as possible. I couldn't be happier with both the process, and the final product. Everything looks just like I wanted. It's been a great experience dealing with Green Bay. Everything is straightforward and up front in terms of pricing and timing and we actually got even more than we contracted for. We are very happy with the total remodel of our bathroom by Green Bay Remodeling. They were always on time….even early. They expertly covered the rooms and closets near the work area to mitigate the wandering dust as much as possible. They always cleaned up at the end of the day. There was always good communication. Zack, the main contractor, accompanied me to the tile and bath store to help pick out everything. He was always available for questions and concerns that came up. Joseph, the on sight project manager was always available by phone or in person. He would always provide a daily update of the work to be done and how long it would take. He also ran out several times to get paint samples, some door waterproofing tape and other errands to make the project go smoothly. All the people who came to do the specialized work ie electrical, plumbing, tile installation, painting, even demolition were thorough and respectful. If a problem or issue arose it was quickly remedied in an honest, fair way. We could tell they really wanted to do a good job and make us happy. Green Bay Remodeling is a very reliable company with professional and detail-oriented workers that care about making clients happy. I can personally attest to that. My husband and I have an old home in Terra Linda that we wanted to update and build a rom addition for our children and grandchildren to reside in during visits. Many contractors were not interested in pursuing this project due to challenges with the foundation, otherwise they would charge exorbitant prices. Needless to say, we were beginning to lose hope. Then we met Zack Ilinetsky, the General Manager of Green Bay Remodeling, and he restored all our hope and enthusiasm for this project. Zack acknowledged the challenges that would arise but was not deterred by then. His breadth of experience and knowledge gave him the confidence to take our project. Thank goodness! He laid out a detailed plan (with timelines, costs, schedules, stages of the project, the people involved, etc) that thoughtfully included the details we care about, such as a place for a small organic garden and protected storage area for gardening tools. Oftentimes remodeling projects take longer than planned and cost more than the initial estimate. But surprisingly (and lucky for us) that was not the case with GBR. Zack made sure that even with the delays in resolving the foundation issues, the room addition was completed a few days ahead of schedule and didn’t cost us a dime over budget! Zack is a miracle worker, and manages a team of devoted, honest workers with excellent work ethics and skilled craftsmanship. I know this is not the experience of most people who embark on home remodeling projects, that is why I am so thankful to have come across GBR. Jessica and Daniel have been the most amazing project managers from the very first day I met with them. I initially reached out to them to construct a challenging basement ADU project. They were able to come out and provide me with competitive pricing along with in depth constructability reviews as well as design advices. I felt their experience really helped me finalize on an efficient and beautiful ADU design. They were thorough every step of the contract and design process. Always easy to reach. Every appointment we had they were punctual, and if we had to reschedule, they would give me enough advance notice. I did make several huge changes to the project and Jessica and Daniel were always patient and adaptive to my constant curveballs. When we decided to do our master bath remodel, I called three different contractors. One responded and said they would get back to us, but we never heard back. One didn't have the courtesy to return the call. Green Bay Remodeling was the third and last. Maybe within a day of our call ZACK ILINETSKI showed up our doorstep and represented himself as a project manager. Right from the beginning after talking with him for a short while we felt an instant connection. He was very knowledgeable and had so many great ideas and suggestions. He brought us samples of materialsi which was a great help, it gave us a better picture of what we were looking for. The price quote was a little high but we thought it was fair. The remodel was taking down a wall and enlarging the room. It entailed installing a brand new vanity, electrical, lighting and plumbing was also involved. Another added benefit was, these guys are a "one stop" shop. They do it all so you don't have multiple sub-contractors traipsing through your house. Unfortunately, before the project was started Zack for personal family reasons had to step aside for a time. When we heard this, because we had so much trust in him we were naturally a bit apprehensive in having someone else step in. But soon our fears were unfounded. He brought and introduced us to DANNY LEBOWSKI. He was to be our new project manager. After meeting Danny we felt just as comfortable with him as we did Zack. Both men we have come to regard as "family". Both are dedicated and love their work and customers. Danny checked in with us on a daily basis, coming by most days and if his schedule was too hectic there would always be a phone call. On the first day of the project we met their skillful and very professional work crew. They were awesome! They were hardworking, diligent young men. At the end of the day they always cleaned up after themselves, never left a mess. Always on time, always ready and eager to do the task at hand. We initially were only going to do the master bath remodel but after seeing what an excellent job they were doing decided to go ahead and remodel the bathroom downstairs. One thing led to another and soon we were remodeling the upstairs bath as well, also decided to do a facelift to the kitchen. What started as one project led to three more. Couldn't have done all this without the expertise from Danny and his outstanding crew, can't say enough good things about them. There is no doubt that if we ever need any more work done Green Bay would be our first and only call. Definitely would recommend them to friends and family. It was great working with Zack Ilinetsky and his team. They were professional, communicative, and respectful. They kept the project going and were amazingly on time (5 weeks) to finish the project. There were so many moving parts that Zack kept track of and was on top of, so no delays. All of the inspections were passed with flying colors. He kept the costs down as much as possible, always checking in on how to do things without unnecessarily increasing costs, though he certainly didn't cut corners. He was very thorough and made sure we all were happy with the results. We were very impressed with his work and look forward to using Green Bay Remodeling again for future work on our home.

I recently had my master bathroom remodeled. It is an odd shaped space with strange angles, and I was nervous about what the final cost would be. I live in Marin County, and I got several estimates. One contractor recommended by my NextDoor website told me it would probably cost $85,000, and take somewhere between 15-16 weeks to complete! A few contractors who came to my house and looked at the job told me they would get back to me within a week with some initial estimates and timelines. I never heard back from any of them. Very frustrating. Then I found Green Bay Remodeling Inc. My project manager was Zack Ilinetsky, and he has excelled at every step along the way. His initial visit to the house was very informative. He looked at the space that needed remodeling and had some initial ideas that were right on and eventually ended up being part of the final product. I am extremely pleased with the quality of the work, his team of workers (Gerzon, Martin, Jose, and Macario), and their attention to detail. Zack works every day but Saturday. I routinely work 12 hour days, so I was mostly gone during much of the work. This was not a big deal, because I literally heard from Zack every day with an update on the project. If he needed to meet with me personally, he either met me at my place of work, or he would arrange to come out on a Sunday, as needed. His initial estimate was spot-on and extremely reasonable. I am certain that the investment I put in will be returned and then some when I eventually sell my home. I could not be happier, and I enthusiastically give Zack and his team 5 stars!

We needed to have a large retaining wall replaced on our property and while the job was either to big for some contractors yet to small for others. Zack at Green Bay was knowledgeable and understanding of what we needed to have done. Along with his team, they were able to come up with an amazing design for our retaining wall. They were able to complete it quickly and with respect to our property and pets. Zack went above and beyond our expectations to make sure that we were satisfied through every step in the process.

We needed a large retaining wall after the torrential rains of 2016 to replace the one built in the 1960’s. It required a lot of reports and county permits, but once they were done everything went smoothly. Green Bay was especially helpful dealing with an obnoxious neighbor. Very professional

We had a very large and complicated retaining wall to rebuild. We had been turned away by several contractors before we found Green Bay Remodeling. When we met Zack, he was very personable and knowledgeable. He knew what was needed and how long it would take to complete our project. Zack made sure to keep everything transparent throughout the entire project. We were informed and consulted at each stage. Zack Llinesky and his team of highly skilled professionals completed our project quickly and with respect to our property and our wishes. We absolutely love our new retaining wall. We know that with Zacks team of engineers, our wall will last a lifetime.

My experience with Green Bay Remodeling was perfect. We had just lost our Mother and moved into her house. Since she didn't use the bathroom for a while we found a hole had rusted into the bathtub and we needed to replace it. We shopped around and found Bath Fitters was willing to do the job for $8K and finish it in one-day. We trusted them. It took them 2 months to get the pre-fab materials they used to do the job. Then it took another 2 months to not even come close to completing the job. When the demo day finally came with Bath Fitters, we got a stop work order from the city because they tried to do the job without getting a permit. That caused more delays. When they pulled out the tile they didn't notice a section of the wood that was dry rot. As the project went on with Bath Fitters they continued to fail inspection and used drywall in the shower instead of wet wall. The shower pan was too big so they tried to shimmy it into place with spacers leaving a gap for water to run to the slab. They failed to even get the drywall they put in within 1/4 inch of the shower pan so they had another guy come out and move the drywall. This guy had a bad attitude and moved it so the holes didn't align with the shower fixtures. At this point we were fed up and fired Bath Fitters from the job. After doing some more research we found Green Bay Remodeling on Yelp. They had a great reputation so we called up Zach and asked for a quote. His quote was reasonable so we said your hired! What came next we didn't expect. Zach went to the permit office the same day we hired him to finalize the permit. We didn't think it would happen this fast. The next day he showed up with all the materials. The third day the workers came to start the job. They were very polite and took great care to keep the house clean of dust from the construction. They always showed up on time and ready to work hard. The bathtub and shower tiles were installed in less than a week and they passed all their inspections with flying colors. We are so happy that we finally get to take a shower after 5 months of waiting for the previous vendor to not complete the job. I would recommend Zach and Green Bay Remodeling to anyone I know. They were the best contractors I have worked with and I trust them fully. For our next project I will definitely call Zach at Green Bay Remodeling to work on the job.

I had a kitchen remodeling done by some other company and honestly was disappointed. when it came to do the bathroom i was much pickier and wanted a company that would take my needs and wants and make it happen without cutting any corners. I called up GBR and had zack come out , he was really nice and we connected really well and he was the right fit for me. when it came to choosing materials i had hard time so zack went out of his way to get me a real 3D so i can actully see what the bathroom would like . thank you zack and GBR

It was about time to remodel my guest bathroom, floor and kitchen and I was so nervous finding a good remodeling company. Because I never done remodeling before and I heard so many horrible stories about going bad during the construction. But I’m so lucky that I found Green Bay Remodeling. It’s a reliable and friendly company! I met David Bar who is a product manager, he walked me every step of the way and explained detail of the process for me. He guided me through out the whole process and make it super easy on me. And he was always responsive with any questions and concern I had. And his all crews are very professional and pros and super nice! Overall it’s a very efficient and reliable company and I am very happy with that my house turned out amazing. Definitely I would highly recommend for anyone looking to revamp their house! Thanks bunch!!

Through thick and thin, Zack and his team took full ownership of navigating the City of San Francisco's stringent permit process to ensure all work was fully compliant. They always showed up on time and performed work with a sense of urgency that I really appreciated. I will definitely be using Zack and his team for my next project.

We hired this company based on positive reviews on Houzz, and a year later we still deeply regret it. They estimated that the project would take 4 weeks (a bit aggressive, we know). I was nearly 5 months pregnant at the time, so it was important that the project be finished well before the baby arrived, but even if it took 2x the estimate we would have been in good shape. Fast-forward FOUR MONTHS and we were bringing a newborn home to a construction zone. The 3 of us spent her first month all sleeping in the nursery because THEY WERE STILL WORKING. Awful, right? But that wasn't even the worst part. I will include several pictures so that you can see for yourself the quality - or lack thereof - you can expect from this company. When we pointed out major issues (such as the drain being installed improperly), Zack the project manager told us that we were crazy. Eventually, they brought someone else in and he found even more issues than we did (like the slope of the floor we paid extra for was done wrong). The new lead contractor fixed a lot of the issues, but wasn't able to fix all, plus some new ones popped up. Here are some of the issues that remain: - Floor tile installed crooked - Wall and floor tiles chipped and damaged, including those that required no cuts - Didn't allow proper cure time on grout, so our black grout appears patchy grey/white from all the dust that got into it. - Giant chunk of floor tile missing and patched in with sort of filler product. - Shower niche was supposed to be centered, but it is off by a noticeable amount - Brand new vanity damaged - Cut a chunk out of the drywall and never repaired - Never used painters tape and left messy edges everywhere, including painting over finishes - Screwed up our electrical, which had to be redone by a professional electrician. There were also a few money issues that came up. For example, we had to re-purchase tile multiple times so they could fix errors (such as cutting tile that wasn't supposed to be cut). Zack promised to reimburse us for certain items that they were supposed to supply or that they destroyed (and yes, I have this in writing), but he never did so. We did ultimately agree that we wouldn't render the final payment and they wouldn't do anymore work, however the amount "saved" from that payment doesn't even come close to covering our excess costs due to their incompetency, let alone the cost of labor and materials to fix all of their mistakes. A few other complaints: They were very messy and didn't clean up after themselves. Even when asked (repeatedly) they just did the bare minimum cleaning. They punched a hole in our floor and into our neighbors ceiling, and took months to fix it. They thought they were being helpful by unboxing and moving a piece of nursery furniture from our entryway into our living room (2 flights up), however we felt it was inappropriate and they damaged that, too. I felt Zack was very pushy and the "your spouse must be present to get an estimate" rule was so that they could high-pressure you into signing the contract and giving a deposit right then. They were constantly asking for a positive review - you can bet that all of the 5 star reviews here were solicited. They even offered to fix mistakes they made in exchange for a positive review. The only positives are that most of the people there were polite and friendly, they did deliver a functional bathroom and never disappeared on us even when they knew they screwed up badly. But if you care at all about the quality of work, please look elsewhere.

we had a bathroom completed by green bay remodeling, and Zack was our project manager we are 110% happy with the finished project - the team was very fast, and clean and were helpful in solving problems that came up As with any home construction project, issues can come up. Zack and his team were super helpful in finding a resolution as soon as possible as to not delay the project since tearing down walls can be very disruptive to a home :) For example, our plans to get a pre-cut counter fell through, and when I called Zack to let him know, he said 'don't worry about a thing, ill take care of it'. This lifted a HUGE weight off our shoulders. He's one of the only contractors i worked with that had this level of ownership and responsiveness on our project. yay! Again really happy with the results, and would totally recommend Zack and his team.

After six months looking for a contractor fit to do the job, we finally picked Green Bay Remodeling with David Bar as the Project Manager. He was selected to submit his estimates with the revision of the scope of work . The prices submitted by other contractors was almost the same range with David's estimate. He did not waste time in procuring the necessary building permits and scheduled the scope of work that needed to be done right away due to unforeseen circumstances. He is very kind, patience, understanding, helpful and respectful especially to senior citizen like us. He was also very prompt in responding to phone calls. He and his crew worked very hard and were very respectful to the property. They worked to meet their scheduled timeline and deadlines even with other projects on their plate. The materials used for the project were of good quality and almost all scope of work are done by company workers. The overall finished product has a wow factor. Even though remodeling can take a toll on you, we had a nice relationship with the contractor Zack Ilinetsky and his team. The friendship we established will continue past this time. The project was an extension of the living room and addition of the new dining room, a very nice improvement of quality of life! The team knows its work and does a qualified job. They worked hard trying to complete the job in a timely fashion.

We used Green Bay Remodeling for a shower replacement in our master bathroom. They were willing to do a small job, at this time we wanted the shower tile and pan removed along with a window. We liked the price and thought the company looked reputable, and I did ask for some references. We had to select and provide all of the surface materials (window, tile, shower fixtures, shower door). The only drawback to this approach was that we did not order enough bullnose for the shampoo box and ordered too much tile for the shower pan. . Our original project manager had to leave town for a family emergency, and the owner of the company came on the day the project started, along with a new project manager, Simon Kemelmsjer. While we were sorry about the first project manager’s emergency, getting Simon as our project manager was wonderful. He was on the job site every day work was being done, and was in touch by phone text and email when we needed him. Things go wrong on any project, in our case, there was mold found when the shower was demolished, and Home Depot lost our shower door once, and then couldn’t get it reordered in a timely manner. Simon was great to work with. When he said “Don’t worry, I’ll take care of it”, he did take care of it. He did not get flustered or upset. He worked with us when we ran short on tile and helped us get it ordered with Green Bay’s help. They waited for the final payment until we had our custom shower door installed so we could test the plumbing. The crew was great – my husband is very particular and if he didn’t like how something was done, it was corrected. If we were to do this project over, I would hire Green Bay and ask for Simon as our project manager again. I would also make sure I had all my materials before the job started. I would ask to have the tile person check our tile calculations. And I would not order a shower door from Home Depot again. The only flaw on our project was that the tile on the wall near the shower head had a “bow” in it, which made installing the shower door a little tricky and took a lot of clear caulk to fill in the resulting gap. I don’t know if this was a matter that our wall was so out of alignment that it could only be remedied to a certain point? We thought the custom shower door could handle any wall flaw, but they can only correct at the top or bottom, not in the middle.

From the get go Zack was helpful in answering our many questions and even went as far as accompanying my wife and I to pick out the tiles, sinks and vanity's for our new bathrooms. the scope of work included adding 300 sqf with 2 bathrooms, from planning to finish. It has been a long journey but the outcome is spectacular. I would personally like to thank the entire crew from construction workers to roofers to electricians to tile workers. We wanted to do a almost full remodeling of our house; kitchen, two bathrooms, electrical, vent, new laundry area, fireplace, and garage. Although Zack did not make the most competitive bid, we decided to go for him because he was the most straight forward of all contractors and, most importantly, the only one who was willing to write down in the contract that he will not increase the cost for the work no matter what. This was a clear indicator of his honesty and that we will not get trapped on infinite extra costs due to unforeseen circumstances. Zack's crew was very efficient and did a good quality job. We visited the house often, and we saw first hand how they were always prioritizing a work well done over doing it fast. Zack and his crew kept us up-to-date during the remodeling and when a decision had to be made they always explained all the options, the pros and cons of each one, but never pushed us in any direction. During the work, we discovered that the sewer pipe was clogged and had to be changed. Zack stayed by his word and he did not charge us any extra money for replacing the sewer pipes. At this point it was clear we made a good decision when hiring him. We are pretty sure that if we need extra work on our house in the future, Zack is going to be our first option. I think it is hard to find a better cost/quality/honesty combination in a contractor in the bay area.

My 9 year vision of adding a loft to my home came true with Green Bay Remodeling. With 5 growing grandchildren, we were running out of space in our home. Having had horrible experiences with previous contractors, I was very cautious to begin any project at all. After reading the amazing YELP reviews, I called Green Bay Remodeling and explained my project. Within 2 hours of my inquiry I received a call from Green Bay and an appointment was scheduled with their project manager David. David arrived 2 days later and I shared my vision with about the loft. He was very enthusiastic and took detailed notes and explained in detail how the loft would be built, from the framing to the beams to the finished project. David was on site and available by phone, text and email throughout the project. He was kind, professional and respectful to me and my family. As a retired senior, I was very grateful that David kept my project within my budget. The loft is beautiful! It looks very natural in my home, not at all like an "add on" room. David and his crew worked very well together and all had an understanding of my dream loft. We are looking forward to family generations who will enjoy our beautiful new loft.

Daniel the project manger did a fantastic job on my bathroom remodel. He helped with the inspections and problems with suppliers. He and his crew were professional and timely every day. I even had to leave town for a couple of days and felt I could trust them to work to completion. They managed to complete the project in just 12 days. I was truly impressed.

We had a need for a room addition , kids were too big to be in same room. I contacted GBR to get an estimate for the building and they assigned region manager Zack ilinetsky for our project . He came out and explained in detail the scope of work that a project like that required , he explained the planning process and pros and cons of having them do the planning(yes they have a planning team in house to do that!!). We ended up hiring him. From the planning to the permit and through the entire project zack was the right person for the job , communication and high standards are his best qualities(apart being a cool dude lol) , we were informed and happy that even little things we didn’t see he insisted to correct - in his words “this is my business card” . They were clean and professional and so nice , making long story short I loved working with them.

I had the pleasure to work with Zack and Green Bay Remodeling in a massive project that involved a total kitchen tear down, seismic retrofit and replacement of all my subfloor downstairs. From the very outset to now, I have found Zack and Green Bay to be very honest, great communicators and timely. In our case, we had to start our project under some duress with a major water leak in the kitchen. Just wanted to tell you how pleased we were with Green Bay Remodeling. From the first day we met with our manager, Daniel, to the final day of inspection, we have been very impressed with their workmanship, communication, materials , and support through a bathroom remodeling. Daniel helped us from picking out materials, designing the layout, dealing with permits, and setting up a budget. He would respond quickly to our questions and concerns even on the weekend. The workers were very friendly and kept the area clean. Also, the project was completed within the time stated in the contract and on budget. My expereince with Green Bay Remodeling was very good. The project manage Adam was knowledgeable and helpful with suggestions for my progect - an out door staircase and a remodeled driveway with railing and planter fence. The existing asphalt was replaced with pavers, which totally tranformed the look and function of the area and added to "curb appeal." Adam was prompt with starting and finishing the project in a timely manner and Hugo the carpenter was skilled and knowledgeable. Overall, I am very happy with the results.

Green Bay Remodeling updated my kitchen earlier this year after I suffered water damage. They replaced cabinetry, countertops, vinyl flooring and light fixtures. They moved electrical outlets and painted too. Not everything about this project progressed smoothly but Green Bay stood behind their work. Cabinet and countertop installation was very professional. My project manager, Zack, suggested good materials and was flexible concerning the kitchen re-design. After leaving the country due to a family emergency, he continued efforts to coordinate the job. The results speak for themselves and I enjoy my kitchen more than ever before.

Zack and his crew did an amazing job replacing our roof deck. We gave him 3 different scenarios (repair deck, replace deck, remove deck) and he gave us prices for each, pointing out the pros and cons of each approach. After we got some other bids, we realized that other companies were hiding things from us, like issues we were likely to run into along the way. Zack covered all of the possibilities so we knew what to expect. He was honest and fair. His workers were all super nice and very respectful as they went in and out of the house. Zack was an absolute pleasure to work with on our project. He is a manager concerned with requested outcomes, keeping a close eye on his already professional and friendly workers, timeliness of completion and personal relationships. We wanted to convert a slider into an exterior wall/normal ext door and they found some stucco concerns, buckling, possibly foundation/soil issues on one side of the house. Before the wall job, they put in 5 helicals on that side, then repaired/repainted stucco on large single-story house, added a near-full perimeter french drain, and repaired small foundation issues under the house. Very nicely done overall, repaint looks great, and Zack even had his guys come back to get 2 spots done better. I found some sprinkler problems months afterwards and he very quickly had his guy come out and repair next day (of the 3 areas, 2 spots not caused by them directly). His attention to detail will lead us to consider them closely for future projects.

Due to high houses prices we bought a fixer upper. We knew it's going to be a long process to bring this house to our standards. We contacted Green Bay remodeling through yelp and met with their project manager Zack. What can I say , from the moment he walked in we understood that this guy means business , his knowledge and understanding of design was the deal breaker for us. Their pricing was in the middle of the bids we got and honestly the explanation we got of what each step would intail was what made us make the desicion. The team that worked on our kitchen remodel did an excellent job - they were very professional and made sure every little detail was done correctly, safely, and to our request. They kept us well informed of any issues that popped up. We were very happy with the end result! Working with Inon Cohen and Ray Rada kept things moving smoothly, and they made sure that in the end we were happy and got exactly what we wanted.

We had a great experience with Green Bay Remodeling in the remodel of our master bathroom. Ray Rada, our project manager, was easy to talk to, listening carefully to our opinions and desires for the project and giving us just the right amount of his own experience-based suggestions. Victor, who did most of the actual demo and installations, was polite, did high quality work, came when he said he would, and was super careful with keeping dust out of other rooms and cleaning up when he was finished. The premier example of Ray's expertise, integrity and caring came when our vanity countertop was installed. There was a small but quite noticeable flaw in the counter - a seam that was slightly open. When I went to look at the installed counter, my eye went straight to that spot, and I knew it was something I could never overlook. Ray totally agreed, so he had the installers remove the counter immediately and go back to cut a new one. It was an uncomfortable moment, but the new counter was able to be cut to size and installed the next day - at no extra expense to us - and is a critical part of the look of our beautiful new bathroom. I've already recommended Green Bay (and Ray) to a friend who is remodeling. They are a cut above most contractors!

We had several projects that we needed done, and after a bad experience with several other contractors we really wanted someone good and we were willing to pay a little more for the higher quality. We hired Green Bay because they had good reviews, and we were not disappointed. Working with Zack was great! Our first project was to reclaim some floor and walls space from our unused fireplace. The Green Bay team was able to remove the fireplace brickwork and cover the opening, and made it look as though there was never a fireplace there in the first place, just as we wanted. While the fireplace project was going on we experienced heavy rains, and noticed water seepage unrelated to the first project. We knew it had been a long-term problem and we didn't have a good solution, so Green Bay was able to get us a soil inspection and design a drainage plan to solve that problem too. All in all we have been very happy with the quality of their work and we plan to use them for future projects.

Cannot believe the fantastic improvement and enjoyment now in my kitchen, since Ray as project manager, and the crew remodeled our 1960's era kitchen. From the inception that was planned promise of quality job activities and personnel, Green Bay Remodeling provided a 3 week experience with reliable, pleasant and knowledgeable employees and materials, then follow-through with inspectors and permits. If something different was required, our Project Manager, made certain that everything was accomplished according to our needs, construction timeline, and desires. We got to choose our cabinets, sink/faucet and tile flooring, and most of all, the absolutely gorgeous granite for the counters. I had wanted flowing pattern of stone, and had to wait until it was delivered, to see that it was indeed everything I had wanted, even more, considering the occasional small clusters of raspberry-colored crystals flowing in the rivers of minerals. Would recommend the company.

I'm writing on behalf of my mother,she lives in an 1947 house which was never remodeled or updated.im myself a foreman on a commercial construction company but I couldn't take the two months needed to remodel and update my moms house.i did a very serious research to try and find someone that would be honest but professional and knowledgeable enough to make the project the right way but cost effective. The last meeting I as was with zack(project manager) ilinetsky and let me tell you this guy is quick smart and just knows his trade!!i decided to hire his company insisting that he would run the project for A to Z and he did so with a big smile. The project ended ten days before finish day promised all inspections were passed at the first time the inspector came- the city took 2 weeks to approve the plans- and the finish was incredible, Zack's knowledge in structural and foundation was a life savior in our remodel. Even though we were happy Zack came twice to fix something that honestly was ok with us but he wanted it to be 100% and not 99%. They are not the cheapest bid that I received but the time saving and the way the remodeling was handled is worth every penny.

Shortly after purchasing our new home, we knew we'd have to replace the kitchen and bathrooms.
