Since 2004 to I have had the pleasure of working with Cascade Builders & Associates on several projects from new construction to remodels. I found them to be very professional and knowledgeable in all phases of construction. The quality of the work is of the highest standard and their crews and sub-contractors are excellent. I would definitely work with them again on any future projects I may have.

After 40 years of designing and supervising construction of custom residences in Southern California, we retired in Central Oregon and designed a 6000+ sq ft home in Frank Lloyd Wright style with imported woods, 10' ceilings and abundance of stain glass. After years of experience with builders we were very pleasantly surprised at the efficiency and quality of craftsmanship we saw in the people who are associated with Cascade Builders. It was far superior to what we had experienced in the past and the project was finished three months earlier than expected. Also creative suggestions along the way came from the owner George Chilcote. 15 years later we downsized and of course had him build a smaller home for us. We always felt that he sincerely cared that everything was done right and that we were pleased.

Cascade Builders constructed our new home while we still lived out of state. We couldn't entrusted our project to a better contractor during our long periods of absence. George did a great job of not only giving us a very well built home, but managed to stay on budget while producing some upgrades in materials and features. We also appreciated his guidance in making the numerous choices and decisions.

Cascade builders did a fantastic job with building our house. I can't say enough good things to describe what a pleasure it was to work with George and how impressed I was with his workmanship. He always answered all our questions and also helped with many good suggestions. He was always prompt with all the right tools for the job. I would 100% recommend George and all his associates for any job, especially for people who appreciate quality craftsmanship. I don't want to forget to mention his good sense of humor which makes the whole building process so much nicer. We gained a friend and marvel at what a nice home we have to live in.

George Chilcote and his team at Cascade Builders did an outstanding job building our first house in Central Oregon! So when we decided to move to more acreage, there was no question we would use Cascade Builders again! The team's craftsmanship is unmatched. What we appreciated was how engaged George was from the design phase all the way to completion. His considerable experience helps in the development of plans that ensure a high quality home which is also cost effective. For example, he was instrumental in redoing the roof structure to reduce costs without changing the design. His attention to detail in every phase of construction provides assurance that the home we envisioned would exceed all expectations. This was true for our original rustic home design and also our modern home home now under construction (about 90% completed.) George is integral to the success of the project because he listens well and works hard to bring your vision to life. We have recommended Cascade Builders to others and they share our enthusiasm for their work.
