I am a real estate agent in the Clearwater area and have used Riviera Pools and David Delafield for 3 different clients of mine for new pool installation. All 3 clients and myself were so extremely happy with the process and the final product. My clients reached out to me to thank me for putting them in touch with David so I wanted to pass along to all. David was very responsive, professional and very knowledgeable about the entire "new pool installation" process. His design work is fantastic and actually uses a 3-D design software so you know exactly what you're getting. Project was not finished on time but it's now very well completed. The company just hired new tech to go over all projects and finalized them the way it should be that's why I'm giving them 5 stars. I just recommend them to my best friend. Thank you Riviera Pools!

I would NEVER EVER recommend this company. We are 6 months into signing a contract and all we have is a concrete hole in the ground with piles of dirt, and plastic scattered all over. Our pool was suppose to be competed for spring break and now we’re being told it could be July. They have endless excuses and never communicate. We send emails and make calls all to have none of them returned except when they want money. Don’t sign with them! They get your money and shove you off to continue signing more people.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! We contracted our pool in October 2018, one week after closing on our new construction home and completed all contractual payments as scheduled and we are still waiting for our pool to be completed 8 months later. We have called and emailed the company several times and we are still getting the run around by the salesperson, the construction manager and the owner. Bottom line is they take your final payment by telling you they can’t pour the bottom unless they have it then they get you over a barrel and don’t complete anything.

Horrible company. We hired them a long time ago to do our pool, we had to fight with them to fix things, and it was just a mess. At least the pool turned out beautiful, but steer clear of this company anyway.
