I contacted this company for paint color consultation as I found it overwhelming to find the right color based on small paint chips. Chic by Design came to my home. It was so much easier to find the right color as the lighting was natural and Chic by Design had large squares to clearly see what the color would look like. Leigh Ann was great to work with and listened carefully to what I thought I wanted and made excellent recommendations. We selected new colors for my entire home and I am so pleased with the results. In addition, she was able to give me names of high quality painters to choose from. Leigh Ann will definitely be the person I will consult with for any further decorating needs that I have in the future.

I was a "global pandemic" customer and hired a designer that became our friend. We planned a fairly major remodel for 2 years and we contracted with a local builder that introduced us to Leigh Ann Raines, Chic by Design. Our demo was completed just as the country shut down but leigh Ann did not miss a beat. Her eye for design on details such as our new cabinetry layout, tile and fixture selections, appliance selections, sink and plumbing fixtures, paint colors, overseeing installations; new furnishing selections, lighting selections and outdoor living space design ideas. Leigh Ann is an expert in client relations, pandemic hand holding and calming fears as the project got underway and throughout the 10 months of our project. She helped me to see beyond the constraints of shipping delays, product availability and living in our home in a one room space during the remodel. We are absolutely in love with our home again and we can't wait to share our remodel with others when the pandemic subsides. it was disappointing not to have an open house to share her work but she made us feel so special about what we had accomplished in a challenge period in our country. Our home was only 14 years old when we started this project but there were design features we had grown tired of. We needed help choosing colors to update our home’s exterior and were lucky to enlist the help of a real expert, Leigh Ann Raines. Our home is brick and my wife wanted to liven things up so on our own, we managed to make it look like an Easter egg. Leigh Ann showed up with large painted color boards that made it easier to envision the doors much better than with a tiny chip from the home improvement store. Just by changing the front door and garage doors, our house looks nicer and more updated. We felt at ease with her, and sought her help to update our fireplaces. My wife had a magazine picture stored away for years and in an instant Leigh Ann said “we can do that.” She drew it out, chose the correct moldings, had a carpenter make the custom mantle, and a special painter finish it to resemble limestone. The wife loves it and said we now have a proper focal point in the room. Before I knew it, we had new window treatments going up too. The original brick fireplace downstairs was dark red. Leigh Ann used many colors to hand paint each brick, updated the wall color, and my man cave is now less cave-like. The garage doors are gorgeous, and she not only gave us the perfect color, she recommended the best paint to use which makes a difference. So during a pandemic, we kept going. What else did we have to do?! My wife finally got new kitchen flooring with the help of Leigh Ann and everything looks great. We had an exceptional experience. She's great!

We were very pleased with the services provided by Chic By Design for our master bathroom remodel. The designer assisted us with every step of the planning and design of our space, as well as communicating with the contractor. She devoted considerable time to learning about our wishes and preferences, and helped with the selection of fixtures, flooring, countertop, colors, and other details. Her knowledge and experience in working with vendors in our areas helped us save time, money, and mistakes as we navigated the unknown of remodeling. We would definitely use her services again and highly recommend her to others contemplating a remodel.

Leigh Ann was so great to work with! She helped revamp 2 bathrooms and my great room and the outcomes were fabulous! She was fun to work with, had excellent ideas and has a gift for being tactful and positive no matter what crazy idea I came up with! Leigh Ann with Chic By Design saved my life, almost literally. I recently completed a new construction home. The construction took twice as long as I expected with it's share of challenges, and I don't know how I could have gotten through it all without Leigh Ann by my side. From the electrical plan, to all material selections, there were so many decisions to be made and so many choices. I had some crazy ideas and Leigh Ann listened while steering me in the right direction. She's a true color expert and the palette we put together from paint, tile, stone, flooring... the entire house is absolutely beautiful. I quickly got to the point where I just completely trusted her judgment and relied on her to anticipate things the builder overlooked and help me stay on top of the details. The process was an emotional rollercoaster, and now that it's complete, I can sit back, relax, and admire my forever home. I can't say enough about the expertise, professionalism, patience, and pleasure it has been working with Leigh Ann. She is now helping me with furnishings, window treatments and special touches. I can't say enough incredible things about Leigh Ann Raines of Chic By Design and her stunning work. I am a decorative finisher and fine artist who creates custom wall and ceiling treatments, thus I get to work closely with designers on their projects. The very first project we worked on together was to create an original two-story fireplace façade resembling large tiles of rustic metal. It was gorgeous and the client was so happy. Recently Leigh Ann designed the Home Builders Association showcase home for the Fall Parade of Homes. She entrusted me to create a one-of-a-kind fireplace façade with real mica stone and everyone who visited the house was in awe of her imagination and creativity. I'm beyond grateful for the wonderful partnership we've developed and am truly honored to be able to work with such a talented interior designer. Leigh Ann Raines from Chic By Design, LLC has helped us to design the interior of our new home. She is a true professional who knows how to make suggestions without imposing her ideas on us the customer. Our tastes are fairly traditional but Leigh Ann was able to get us to think more creatively and choose colors that look great but we would not have chosen on our own. She has also worked very hard to get to know us personally and the things we liked which helps greatly in making recommendations. I would give her the very highest recommendation!

I was impressed with how she had staged a show home, and she walked me through explaining her inspiration for the design of each room. And, of her consultation with the soon to be owners of the home. I hired Leigh Ann to help me update my home, and office. Honestly, I did not have a large budget to work with, but what she was able to do was amazing! I recently moved to the area and had some work done to the house we purchased. Leigh Ann was recommended to me by a local furniture store as I was having trouble figuring out what furniture I needed for my space. Leigh Ann helped us select furniture, rugs and light fixtures. She worked well with me to incorporate what I already owned into the new space. She has some great vendors that she has established relationships with and that helped save money when shopping. She encouraged me to go outside my comfort zone but was never pushy. In doing this our space feels really fun but is functional, warm and cozy. Just what I envisioned, I just did not know how to pull it together. Her pricing is very fair. We did not have a big budget or big project but she made us feel very valued as a client. We recommend her highly and are really happy with the way our home turned out!!!
