Mahn Completed an amazing dining room, kitchen and bar addition to Molly’s in Soulard. Mollys is a high volume bar and restaurant in the heart of the Soulard neighborhood. The restaurant and bar remained open during the renovation and To further complicate the project there was a very tight timeframe to get the new space open before Mardi Gras events began. The majority of the construction was completed utilizing salvaged heavy timbers that were over 100 years old. As you can see from the photographs, not only was the project completed on time but it came out spectacularly.

Working with Mike Mahn and everyone on his team on our basement remodel project was a wonderful experience. Everyone was professional and very knowledgeable. The provided us with an accurate bid, for exactly what we asked for....and surprised us with a second, very creative option that we loved! The work was completed on time and on budged and exceeds our expectations. I will work with Mahn again on future house projects and would enthusiastically recommend them to others without hesitation.

Mike and his crew did a great job remodeling our kitchen, mudroom and bathroom. The old areas were original so it all had to be taken out. They did a great job sealing off and cleaning so we could live in the rest of the house. He had to get creative with cabinet placement and moving windows, electric, plumbing and vents. We are happy with the quality of materials and workmanship and have referred Mike to other friends and family.

Mike and his colleagues did a fantastic job remodeling our kitchen and master bath. They were upfront, courteous, timely and helpful throughout the entire process. Special kudos to our super talented project manager and ultra helpful designer.

Mike & team were professional and responsive to our needs and questions throughout the project. They were integral in helping us design, find a fantastic architect, and implement our goals in a budget that was reasonable. We added a second story, gutted our first floor and revamped our basement. It was a large project for us, likely smaller for Mike & team, and we never felt like the 'small' job. Mikes' team (Jeff, Bob, Kelci, Melissa, Bill... etc) were highly organized through their site, handoff efforts, communication and execution. The end result was worth the process and the pain was minimal. We moved out for the duration (7 months including permit time), and were ecstatic to move back in days before Christmas. The follow-up since completion has been top notch as well from MHC and their sub-contractors. We feel safe and sound at home with our boys and are so happy to have the additional square footage and open floor plan, functional home of our dreams. Any points forward to Mike & team are very minor in the scheme of the larger project and most delays (County permit process) were out of their hands or mitigated altogether by quick communication and action.

Mike is extremely knowledgeable and brings fresh ideas to the table. Mike cares for each of his clients like they are family.

Mahn Custom Homes built us a beautiful home that we love. They did a great job of working with us to remedy all the issues that come up with building a custom house, and their customer service after the house was built was great as they addressed every one of our needs. The supervisor and all the workers were fantastic…very respectful, hard workers, and always willing to redo something if it wasn’t quite right. After three years in our home, we still have moments of thankfulness for the great home Mahn built for us.

We have used Mahn Custom Homes And Renovations to remodel our home. Mike was the only contractor we talked to who listened to exactly what we wanted and then stated we can make that happened. (everyone else told me no way) His company is easy to work with and the utmost professional and top of the line quality. Everyday I'm thankful and get to enjoy our beautiful renovated home.
