They meticulously managed everything, ensuring we were happy with the results from each subcontractor. Scott closely monitored subcontractors on site as well. •Logistics & Communication: Kellie was phenomenal with product selection and logistics. When parts delays occurred, she flawlessly communicated arrivals and reschedules, always clarifying the timeline impact. We always knew what deliveries to expect, who would be onsite each day, and during what hours. •On-Site Collaboration: Rick was an amazing partner who constantly consulted us on fine details, like outlet placement and even physically laying out our patterned tile to guarantee a flowing look. He patiently answered all questions about the how and why of the installation, giving us total peace of mind. •Clean Worksite: We lived in our home during construction. Scott and the team did a fantastic job keeping the worksite organized. They prevented construction dust from covering the rest of the house. We love our beautiful new space and cannot recommend them highly enough!

Lakeville Homes was such a pleasure to work with from start to finish. They transformed our outdated living room into a beautiful, functional, and modern space that is now our favorite part of the house. Rick and Kellie spent a lot of time up front to understand what we wanted out of the project and managed to work in all of our requirements despite some tight space constraints to work within. Communication was excellent, they showed up exactly when they said they would, and the project came in on time and on budget. Rick gave suggestions that made it turn out better than I even thought it could and kept track of every little detail, remembering things that I had even forgot we'd discussed in the original project scope and making sure they got taken care of. I will absolutely be working with them again for our next remodel project!

I highly recommend Lakeville Homes for quality work, transparent communication, and careful estimation. Rick and team worked on a substantial remodel at our home in Wallingford, Seattle, including replacing almost all of the windows in the house, remodeling the kitchen and adjacent space, and popping up a corner of the 2nd floor roofline to add a second bathroom while remodeling the existing upstairs bath. Demo began in late December 2023 with project completion in July/August 2024. - Schedule forecast held true, after accounting for some additional work that we requested midway. - Initial budget estimates were also very accurate, again after accounting for changes we requested. - Living in a construction project was a challenge, but Lakeville did everything they could to make it easier. - A major remodel was a new experience for us. Rick and Kellie talked us through decisions and flagged areas for our attention that we'd never have thought of ourselves. - All the employees of Lakeville and their subcontractors were polite and respectful. - Lakeville sought out feedback from us and responded fairly and quickly to the small handful of punchlist and (later) warranty matters that needed to be addressed. Because of our comfort with them, I've had Lakeville back to our home for a couple of small projects, unrelated to the remodel. We wanted to share that we had excellent service from Lakeville. Rick, Kellie, and the team did an outstanding job for us. This is our 2nd project with them and this time they remodeled our bonus room, converting it into a teenage hangout. They also replaced the fireplace in our living room and installed new stone. Rick and his team at Lakeville did an incredible job adding a bathroom and new hallway to our forty year old home. We have been wanting to add a bathroom to our guest room for years but never made an attempt due to the complicated engineering that was required. The bathroom would be built in a large attic space that was oddly shaped and it would be at a different level from the guest room. Rick and his team listened to what we were asking for, took a look at the engineering challenge we presented and came up with a design that worked for us. As they built, they had to pivot from the architectural design multiple times because the original architectural plans for our home did not show some of the deviations the builders had made. Each time, Rick made it work. In fact, they added little touches that made the space even more inviting and functional. Rick and his team communicated with us every step of the way and made sure we understood where the project was at each major milestone. I recently had the pleasure of working with Lakeville Homes on a house remodel in the Seattle area. From start to finish, the team at Lakeville Homes was amazing, treating the project as if it were their own home. During a remodel, there are a LOT of decisions that have to be made along the way. As two working parents, we appreciated Lakeville's ability to quickly learn what mattered to us and provide us with a small list options for all the decisions. For example, when it was time to find a new front door, they provided us with just a handful of options based on what they already knew about our needs and style; so instead of being overwhelmed with choices, we had a concise list of options based on price points and our style; and we could work with them to iterate from there. We hired Lakeville Homes to remodel our kitchen and rebuild our fireplace and mantle in our 1930's home. Both projects were completed on time, and with excellent quality. Communication throughout the project was timely and clear. We ended up exceeding our original budget, however this was due to upgrades to higher-end finishes than were originally allotted for. My dream kitchen is now a reality! I would recommend Lakeville for any of your home remodeling needs!

We have used Lakeville for our remodeling projects at our current home and have been super impressed each time. Our remodel projects with Lakeville consisted of various parts of the house: the kitchen, mudroom/laundry room, bathrooms, bonus room, garage, and front door area. Each aspect of the projects were completed with expertise and the end result was great in every room. With our remodels we were attempting to blend parts of an older home with modern updates, and Lakeville was amazing with giving us ideas and following through. To project manage the remodel on our own would have been a nightmare with so many moving components, therefore we are so thankful for Lakeville helping us through every step. The owner and the superintendent were highly responsive, gave honest and fair opinions on cost and design that really catered to our preferences. Thank you Lakeville!!!

We hired Lakeville Homes to perform a major remodel of our home. Lakeville failed to deliver quality in their work, completed months after promised, failed to communicate around the job and went over budget without disclosing the increased costs. I would strongly urge anyone to look elsewhere for a partner on their home remodel. Our experience was extremely poor on all fronts. Our main mistake (aside from hiring Lakeville in the first place) was not firing them from the job earlier. We hired another company (who was surprised by the poor quality work) to fix many issues which took additional time and money on an already over-budget, over-schedule job. Additionally, there are construction defects that we will continue to live with which include: a fireplace built at the incorrect height, an incorrectly built master bedroom door, kitchen cabinets missing design elements that our architect designed, and a curved stair railing that is misaligned with the curve in the stairs. Don't hire.

What an excellent company Lakeville is. This total bath remodel, new floor tile for kitchen and mantel with mosaic tile surround came with a challenge of less than 30 days from start to finish. The service and delivery was impeccable. A great team of pros delivered a beautiful outcome and my client was more than thrilled when she returned.
