I've poured my heart and soul into construction for 30 years now and I've had the honor of being owner of Frank's Home Maintenance for a little over 18 years. I can honestly say I love the level of service that this company has achieved. We treat your home with the utmost respect, leaving our shoes at your door. There are no projects too big or too small, you name it and we can complete it. We are everyday people doing what we do best and that is to make your home your favorite destination. A place where you can walk across your beautiful new hard wood or tiled floors to cook dinner in your newly renovated kitchen or to stroll upstairs to take a shower in your lavish new bathroom. We believe in giving you everything you need or want in order to make you feel not only at home, but at ease. We now have an in house architect, as well!

Frank, Josh and Tyler are great to work with. Frank listened to what we wanted and made insightful suggestions that we hadn’t thought of which turned out better. Our new 16x23 screened porch is just beautiful! We’ll enjoy it for many years. They converted the office into a guest bedroom and powder room. Very pleased! And we finally updated our fireplace with stacked stone and a new mantle - stunning! Josh is very meticulously so we know everything will be finished properly. They cleaned up well every day too! We are so pleased.

Frank and his team built a beautiful 20x40 covered patio for us that exceeded our expectations. Frank gave us ideas on materials and layout that have made our patio the highlight of our home, and that have greatly enhanced the functionality. In addition, Frank suggested that we incorporate the original 7x10 covered patio into our home. This additional square footage opened up our dining room and living room, and essentially solved the only issue we had with our home interior. Our forever home is now the home of our dreams thanks to Frank!

Our master bath was remodeled by someone who obviously didn’t have a clue what they were doing. Frank has done work for us in the past that was excellent. We called him for a solution to our problem. The shower wouldn’t drain and the tile was sharp. After an evaluation it was discovered that our bathroom was actually unsafe. He repair the bath and remodeled it entirely. It is absolutely beautiful now that it’s finished correctly. We cannot thank him enough for saving the mess our bath had become.

This company is way above standard!! I had a contractor who left me high and dry on a large job I had. I was so distraught when the previous contractor left with no warning, no calls, no texts, nothing. Also had some of my funds. I was given Frank's information; I am so glad I received that information! I called Frank and he came and reviewed my half-completed job. I was extremely nervous about this company. I had no idea if I was going to go through the same thing again. Frank put my worries away! Frank and his team are very precise in their work! His crew is so awesome to work with. The crew was always on time and very aware of my house. They protected every room they worked in. The always put my belongs back exactly as they were. There was always good communication with everyone. If I had any questions, they explained everything to me, and even if I didn't ask questions, they would explain everything to me! You will not be sorry if you hire this company. I feel they totally took care of me, and I consider them family.

Earlier this year Frank and his team completed a small bathroom renovation for me. I am amazed by the finished project, although there were several snags along the way due to some slowdowns in getting certain items we needed due to shipping and production issues and some sicknesses along the way from Covid. Frank was very open and honest with me about the issues and provided the support needed for me to stay patient. I would recommend Frank and his team to anyone who needs a renovation done.

Working with Frank and his crew has been an absolute pleasure. We originally chose Frank because during the initial walk-through he seemed to be the only contractor concerned about addressing existing structural and plumbing issues before starting the fun stuff. We started construction on our attached garage and remodel while still living on the other side of the country, which made us nervous not being able to visit often, but Frank constantly kept us in the loop with daily video uploads, FaceTime sessions, and conference calls. Even during this difficult time he was able to constantly keep the ball rolling. He worked very well with our constantly changing ideas and was able to provide a lot of professional insight and direction. We highly recommend Frank and his team for any job small or large. In fact, we have already recommended him to our family members for another large project!

We hired Franks Home Maintenance to redo four full baths and one half bath and to update our kitchen cabinetry and tile and lights throughout the house as well as a number of repairs to a house we has just purchased. Frank and Josh and their team were professional, knowledgeable, and delivered excellent ideas and recommendations. They were very responsive to any questions and timeline pressures. Project finished on time and more important in my budget. I have a small budget and he was able to do what I needed in the amount available. Small or large project wasnt treated any diffrent. On time and done better than I expected. I'm using him again for another project here within a few weeks wouldnt think of calling anyone else.

It has been a real joy working with Frank these last few months as we tackled a big old house for renovation, taking it down to the studs, and going from there. He has a great work ethic and he always does what he says he will, which is hard to come by in this industry. I recommend Frank and his team for any project you have! We worked with him on a Fixer Upper that had many more problems and unsafe issues than anticipated due to the previous owner's DIY handy work. Frank was great in offering alternative solutions to save costs and stay within a budget. We entrusted our home with his vision and are really happy with the results! We are already planning on working with him again for Spring projects!

We purchased a 1960's ranch with plans for some remodeling to create an updated Master Bedroom, bathroom and closet. We also wanted to update other areas of the home as time permitted. What we found was that previous owners had done DIY remodeling with multiple breaches in construction, plumbing and electrical issues. We decided to advance many of the items on our remodel project to make the home safe and complete the majority of the interior before moving in and living in construction dust. Some of the issues caught were: Plumbing installed with incompatible materials resulting in leaks and mold. Electrical lines dead-end inside walls while still hot at the breaker box An electrical panel that was overloaded with multiple breakers going to unknown circuits Framing that was inconsistent with load bearing resulting in foundation issues and sagging floors. Gas lines that were not installed to code and had some joints only hand tightened. All along we were kept up to date with the different issues uncovered as well as suggested solutions. Sometimes we went with Frank's recommndations while others we went with what we envisioned. Either way Frank moved forward with diligence. Throughout the process he always completed what we wanted and gave us feedback on the items that could pose potential issues down the road. We have refinished and replaced sections of the wood floors, added 2 1/2 new bathrooms, had a lot of tile installed and painted. The end result is that we now have an incredible home. The first floor is complete and the basement 95% complete, just lacking some paint. Everyone on the crew was very personable, respectful and sincerely card about our home, we are very happy with the results.

We loved our current home. Between memories and location, while we wanted more, we knew we didn't want to move. We met with Frank to discuss a potential renovation, and we knew immediately that we wanted to work with him. His ideas and his team exceeded our expectations! We were nervous (like any other home owner) to begin a renovation is our home. But Frank's team was polite, on time, and very knowledgeable. If you are looking for a team you can TRUST and a team who will deliver what is promised, look no further. We will use Frank and his team in the future and I would 100% without hesitation recommend him for any job. Could not be happier with the results.

Words cannot describe the transformation to our home. Frank's Home Maintenance went completely beyond our expectations. Toward the completion of the remodel there were times I was left speechless. It was a great experience. You would expect to have issues with a job this huge but there were none. We have an 80's ranch that is now a completely new home. I can't say enough about Frank and his crew. I would recommend him to anyone with no qualms.

Frank was a lifesaver. We needed a full quote on fixing half of a gutted house with less than a week's notice to close on financing with the bank. Frank worked with us to meet all of the bank's ridiculous hoops and delivered well within the timeline they required. His guys were courteous and great at answering any questions we had. They worked well with us moving all of our belongings into a construction zone. Final project involved new hardwoods, replacing walls and ceilings on two floors, a new kitchen and replacing plumbing and wiring in our 1930s home.

My husband and I requested both a full renovation of our upstairs bathroom and the addition of a bathroom downstairs. We interviewed at least 4 other contractors, but ultimately decided to move forward with Frank. In our two interviews, it was undeniable that they were most knowledgeable. Our intuition was correct, and months later (with two new bathrooms) we made the right choice. From day one, Frank and his team were both professional and friendly. They were there are on time daily, stayed close the budget initially set out and completed in a timely manner. Furthermore, the team was helpful in going outside the bounds of our initial requests. This included helping us set up our sound system, watching our door when we were not home, etc. I could go one and on, but overall Frank and his team exceeded all of our expectations. We will definitely use them again in the future.

The crew members were polite and respectful of the rest of our home making sure to not leave any messes. Franks Home Maintenance repaired our falling second story deck. They were able to correct the poorly done attempt of a previous contractor. They completed the job in a timely and efficient manner that allowed us to meet our deadline for putting the house on the market. In addition to the work on the deck they also raised our front walk that had separated from the front steps. We were extremely pleased with the results and will be using them for future work at our new home. We highly recommend this buisiness.

Frank does a great job. I have for rental properties and I regularly rely on him to get things done and take care of everything from major plumbing issues to roofing needs. I know I can rely on him to quickly address emergency situations which occur at night or on the weekends. He is also honest and fair.

We have used Franks for several projects around the house. He came highly recommended by a friend. Always courteous, always thorough, highly skilled, and ethics above reproach. We are well pleased with the several projects he has done for us and will consider no others. In addition, I have been to a house where I found out that Frank built the deck. There were a lot of people standing and walking on the deck. I expected to feel the vibrations and some movement. There was NONE. It was a solid as a rock. They installed extra supports because the owner had not decided where to place the hot tub so Frank made sure there would never be any issue.

Had a $65,000 project. Completed 1/3 the job, promised he'll be back cause he was lacking enough staff. Never returned my calls or emails. Gave up and moved on. Found his behavior very unprofessional despite a good job. Wouldn't recommend as a reliable contractor.

Comment from Frank's Home Maintenance and General Contracting:

This customer called us explaining that a friend and neighbor had cancer and had suffered a stroke. They needed us to paint and make repairs on his home while he was away in the hospital.

Our build-out teams are booked out 3-6 months in advance but because this homeowner was ill we we agreed to push back contracted customers to do the repairs so that the home would be comfortable for his homecoming. The customer knew this. Our other customers had been made aware of why their jobs were delayed.

The customer was completely satisfied. We finished under budget and did a great job. She asked us to directly move forward with a bathroom remodel. I explained again that we had pushed contracted customers back to accommodate her needs but we still had to fulfill 9 contracts before we could schedule a new project.

This customer sent me an email a month later. She was upset that we hadn't called yet. (Again) I called and explained that we were booked a few months in advance. She accused me of being unprofessional. I was shocked that what he had done was so unappreciated. I explained that I have obligations to other customers and I will contact her when we were able to put her on the schedule to begin a bathroom and kitchen remodel. In the meantime I put her directly in contact with my window vendor who does not usually deal directly with the public so she could begin that project.

When i saw this review I called her, immediately. She accused me of not returning her last unfriendly email. I apologized for not responding to that last email however, at this point I was in disbelief that she did not respect that we had to honor other previous commitments.

She did admit that we did a great job but she was angry that we were unable to meet her demands.

Frank's Home Maintenance is way more than the name of the company indicates. Frank and his crew remodeled very dated bathrooms and a kitchen for me. The design was highly functional but contemporary and classic. The materials he chose were absolutely appropriate to my budget and to the style of the space. Plus, his crew is pleasant, respectful, and nice. They arrive on time, clean up at the end of the day, and work hard until the job is done. They came in under budget even!

Frank's Home Maintenance came highly recommended from a friend of mine who buys and sells real estate often. I needed some work done for a home inspection. They were fast, friendly and fair. From the time I placed the call, to the time they were done with the repairs, it was less than a week. When they said they would be there, they were there. They even provided a warranty on the repair for the buyers. Overall, a really great experience.

Frank has done a great deal of work for me and all his work has been great. It's been done on time and usually below budget. Frank built a deck and remodeled my master bath and I have never seen better work. I will continue to use Frank in the future as I still have plans to improve my home even more.
