We couldn’t be happier with the final results of our renovation. Ryan is personable, professional and has a great eye for details. He had great ideas to best utilize our existing spaces. Renovations can be stressful no matter how big or small the project is. Working with Ryan was easy and we were happy to have him in our home for the duration. We worked with Ryan Gruebmeyer on our house renovation and couldn't be more happy with the professionalism and level of detail that Ryan brought to the table. We hired Ryan as our contractor to do a "small" renovation at our prior home. He was very professional when he broke the news that our renovation was not realistic with the budget we had set. We were new to the process and he walked us through what needed to be done and the costs that were associated with such improvements. Long story short, since what we wanted wouldn't work with the city restrictions, we ended up purchasing a new home that Ryan had built from the ground up. Ryan made this a very easy process and answered all of our never ending questions. His patience and knowledge made us feel comfortable throughout the process. People who see our home are blown away by the craftsmanship and attention to detail. He does not build a cookie cutter home. It is beautiful and we would recommend Gruebmeyer Builders to anyone considering a renovation or new build.

From start to finish, Ryan was awesome. I had interviewed a few contractors and was less than pleased with their ideas and recommendations. Ryan brought a fresh sets of eyes to this very extensive project and was able to offer me exactly what I wanted. This was a total gut job and the results are excellent. I am very pleased to say the least. Ryan was very accommodating and offered solutions to anything I threw at him - which was a lot. The compliments from neighbors, friends etc. have been overwhelming. I would definitely hire Ryan again and highly recommend his company to anyone contemplating a renovation.
