If you are reading this stop ! Don’t use anyone else in Baton Rouge for your stone works. You must use Dilsad who is an architect , for all of them. It’s a one stop shop and they will provide design, material choice,and her crew is excellent. After you move in if any repair needs to be done they always show up and do a great job.

I have visited the United Design Stone office and found a good array of products to view. The staff was polite, knowledgeable, and helpful.

Dilsad was a joy to work with. She was extremely knowledgeable and very personal through all phases of the project. From material selections through installation and even after moving into our home she answered small questions. She went above and beyond our expectations making my designs come alive. We couldn't be happier with the finished product. Her and her crew did an amazing job and it shows in our home.

I have dealt with many contractors in my time and I must say that United Design Stone is the most professional and quality driven team I have dealt with. Dilsad or Dee went out of her way to make sure I was happy. I recommended her to my brother and few companies would have probably even taken the job on because of the complexity, but her and her workers experience proved to be the right amount of knowledge for a successful project. Cost estimates were right on and the best part was if there was a problem she addressed them to my satisfaction. There were no issue with communications with Dee. Highly recommend.

This was the first time I used United Design Services for my tile and counters.They installed all the stone in and outside our house. I have been extremely pleased with the quality of work as well as the prep leading up to the job. I took a lot of time to make decisions and the owners, Dilsad and Umit helped me every step of the way and were very patient with me. Dilsad has a very good eye and would not steer me in the wrong direction. Her installers are very good and cared about the quality of work and they are doing and how they leave the project. They want you to be happy with the final project and their craftmanship reflects that. I would definitely use them again.

UDS was professional & prompt during the building of our home. Dilsad & Umut suggested design enhancements that we incorporated into our plans. Everything was done on time & in budget. We would highly recommend UDS for any work with stone.

United Design Stone installed our quartz counters and sea glass back splash. Their prices were reasonable, their time line was ahead of schedule, and their work was professional and precise. They dealt with problems as they arose and always found the perfect solution. I recommend them highly and would absolutely hire them again.

Cabinet and Granite work turned out absolutely beautiful. It has definitely upgraded the look and feel to my home. Everyone I spoke to, from owner to installers, were very friendly and knowledgeable. Great quality work!

My wife and I were very pleased with the product and the installation of the different stones we used in our house. Dilsad and her husband were very easy and accommodating to work with. We would use them for our next home, if we were to build again.

I was transferred back to Baton Rouge, so my wife and I needed to find a house. We found one under construction by Dilsad and Umut, We loved the floor plan but when we looked at the house it was a slab and a few 2 x 4's. After countless hours sitting with Dilsad and Umut and reviewing every detail on how the house would be built and finished we put in an offer, We love the finished product. All of the counter tops are granite, and installed perfectly. The kitchen back splash is travertine and I am amazed at the quality, every tile is perfectly level and flush. The kitchen, a ll bathrooms front porch, and outdoor kitchen have stone floors (polished travertine and polished marble, outside in travertine) and are perfectly level and flush as well. I have never seen such craftsmanship in other houses that I look at. The master bath shower and tub are also finished in polished marble (my wife loves the big ledge on the sides of the tube, perfect for placing a glass of wine while soaking in the garden tub). The living room has a fire place that is open on three sides it is finished in polished travertine and tumbled travertine, it is just gorgeous. If you are in the market for a remodel or new house you should definitely consider UDS for the job, beside the excellent craftsmanship they also understand customer service, they aren't like a lot of contractors who will tell you they are going to show up tomorrow and then two weeks later you finally hear from them. If UDS tells you they are coming tomorrow they will be there, Dilsad and Umut are friendly, hardworking and very honest. If I build another house or need a stone job done I will definitely hire UDS to do the job.
