I have dealt with Bernskoetter Construction for about the last 5 years and find them very professional in their business dealings and the quality of their work is outstanding!

We were very happy that Bernskoetter built our house a couple of years ago. 1st class operation. Great to work with. High quality finished project. Several of my friends in the building industry toured the house as it was being built and commented on how no corners were cut and it was built right. Not cheap but we got more than what we paid for.

We really like working with Bernskoetter Construction. They always do it right the first time. We just finished another nice home with Bernskoetter.

We had our kitchen and deck remodeled. Bernskoetter Construction was our choice. They are very polite and take into consideration my desires and what we wanted to do with Our remodel job. I never had to worry about cleaning up a mess or being concerned if they were going to finish on time. Professional, honest and completing the job on time. We are long time customers of Bernskoetter Construction and wouldn't go anywhere else! We've had multiple projects done over the years, ranging from finishing our full basement to redoing our outdoor patio and driveaways. Always great quality!

We first did business with Wayne and Donna 30 years ago. We did a remodel and addition to our exsisting home. After that experience we new we would never hire anyone but Donna and Wayne. Our son was born in the middle of the construction and we continued to live in our home during it all. I can not imagine a crew or contractor being any more kind or respectful than Wayne and the men he hired. In 2000 we built a new home and we knew that Wayne would be building it no matter how long it took for him to get to us. Seldom do you have the opportunity to work with someone who is as professional and courteous as Wayne and Donna and their crew. As far as my husband and I are concerned we would work with no other construction company. He and his crew are the best in our minds and the product they produce is exemplifies construction at its finest.

Building an unusual home requires careful attention to every detail. No cookie-cutters on the Bernskoeter Construction crew! Wayne and the team gave the highest level of professionalism to this project from the earth excavation to the roof line, inside and out the quality of materials and craft is outstanding.

My wife and I have used Bernskoetter Construction for update work at our home a few times. I have also used Brice for work at my mothers home. Brice is a man of his word and the quality of work is second to none.

We hired Bernskoetter Construction to build our custom home. The quality of work is the best in the industry. If you can dream it, they can build it.

Brice and his team has helped us with many projects in our old home/additions (starting in 2016), everything has been perfect! Completing the jobs as desired and on-time. Very trustworthy and kind. He also completed all of the painting in our business office remodel in 2014.

Wayne and Brice have the highest integrity, and I felt very comfortable using Bernskoetter COnstruction. I have personally known Wayne for almost 20 years. He has an outstanding reputation in the community for doing high-quality new construction and remodeling. We contracted them to replace all of our windows and to replace all interior/exterior window decorative trim. In addition, they also replaced several exterior doors and sliding patio doors. Their attention to detail was outstanding and the job was done right and timely. Excellent communication by the entire staff and kept us informed along the way of any issues. Fortunately for us, their crew found some major foundation and wall structural issues with our walk-out basement wall. This resulted in extra 2 days of job time to fix those existing issues first before our new basement door could be installed. They went the extra mile to correct that problem, and I appreciate them correcting the structural problem with our house that was an issue since the house was built. Our windows and inside/outside trim look fabulous. Wayne and Brice are very busy, and I was so happy that they agreed to work me in and do our project. I hope they can do my bathroom remodeling in the next year; their team will be the first ones we contact as i know it will be done right the first time and on budget. They work with Scruggs Building Supply, and they were great with helping us decide on the right windows and doors. I would not hesitate to have Bernskoetter Construction return to my home anytime for more home improvements.
