From concept to reality we were blown away by the quality of the work, the friendliness, and the willingness to the extra mile and completing the project on time. We can't say enough good things about our Heirloom Kitchen reno! Sharlene listened keenly to our dreams and wishes as well as the design challenges we needed solving and came up with solutions that really worked. When we described the look we were after she suggested materials and colours that perfectly jived with our vision. But it was always a working design where we could rethink and tweek details as issues arose - we always felt heard. Our job included a total gutting of the kitchen which required a general contractor. HK is associated with family-owned businesses Triway General Construction and JK Electric and they coordinated among themselves for a very seamless operation. The job was completed beyond our expectations, on time and on budget. Everyone who worked on our project brought the highest standards of professionalism, work ethic and courtesy. I absolutely love the renovation Heirloom Kitchens did on my kitchen. From choosing colours, products and design, to the finished project, they were helpful and professional. They met every expectation and deadline, and came up with some very creative ideas to make my kitchen work for me. Any concerns were dealt with quickly and to my complete satisfaction. The workmanship is excellent and I will definitely call them when it is time to renovate my bathroom. I would recommend them to anyone.

Tri-Way Construction and Heirloom Kitchens did an absolutely fabulous job on our main floor renovation. We are pleased with their workmanship and professionalism. They worked well with us to make sure we were happy at every stage of the renovation. We will have them back when we are ready to finish our basement.

Heirloom Kitchens did my kitchen from bottom to top, flooring to lights. They helped me design the kitchen, select cabinets and counters and they took it from there. They scheduled demolition, painting, electrical, flooring Installation, cabinets, countertops and plumbing. I didn't have to deal with subcontractors and schedules. They arrived when the said they would, finished when they said they would, were always courteous, cleaned up the work area on a daily basis, and overall were a pleasure to work with. I am delighted with the overall look and quality of my new kitchen and highly recommend Heirloom Kitchens.
