“I came across Mosaics Lab through social media and blog. At first, I was hesitant to hire them as the scope of the project was big and expensive. I wanted to have a mosaic design at the bottom of my pool and backsplash. The way Mosaics Lab communicated eliminated all doubts. They were very attentive to my needs. Put me in touch with the artist and send me progress pictures on ongoing bases. I never have seen customer service such as this from any online purchase. I highly recommend them.”

“I am a tile setter by trade and have dealt with many tile stores over the years. I will continue sending my clients to Tilemaster for many reasons. They are a very reputable company that treats all customers with respect and answers all their questions. They almost always have everything needed for the job, even when it's a last minute project which helps a lot. And if they don't have it, they will always get it. The prices are, in my opinion, are about as fair as they can be. While they may not be the "cheapest" they are the best bang for buck in my books, good quality products for a fair price. Their mortars, metal profiles and especially their grouts are definitely the highlight of Tilemaster. The mortar is the best I've ever used, their tile edging/transition racks are always stocked. Most importantly is the quality of the grout. Kiesel makes the best grout on the market, one that I will always use and recommend. Well, that about says it. Hopefully you had enough time to read through this whole letter :)”

“I was impressed with the staff at Ceramic Decor. I was unable to decide on the type of materials that I wanted to use in my bathroom reno. After discussing my plans and ideas with them. They were able to pinpoint exactly what my tastes were. They assisted me in co-ordinating colours and style that were perfect for my reno. After having visited several stores to buy my tile, I was confident that Ceramic Decor was the number one spot in Guelph for me. The staff was very knowledgeable about their products and process for installing the tile correctly. They also have several specialized craftspeople that they deal with and offer their customers free consultation with them so that the job is done correctly. My bathroom looks amazing .Their showroom display covers styles from modern, classic, traditional etc We have recommended them to family and friends everyone were very pleased. We now have a huge project to do (our kitchen, hallway, second bathroom and sunroom floors) and I will be returning to Ceramic Decor for their expertise advice. This second project was done poorly by another firm in Guelph not too long ago .”

“My wife and I are in the process of updating the Kitchen and Bathroom and needed floor and wall tiles. Antica Tile & Stone has a large selection, the quality of their product is great when compared to the big box home improvement retailers. Staff are helpful and are willing to provide recommendations if you are still unsure on your colour palette. Would definitely shop there again!”

“I recently had a stone counter installed from Manny and I am very happy. The measurements were bang on and installation on time and quick. I had a little hiccup that they fixed first thing the next day without any grief. The stone itself is beautiful and exactly what I had in mind. I very strongly recommend Manny The Stone Guy!”
