On Oct 22, 2024 the MultiStone team came and installed our countertops. We could not be satisfied more. The installers were exceptionally professional, knowledgeable, and polite. My husband and I could not have paid any other company to perform the quality of work that we received.

What a nightmare this company is. Mike Shuman was the WORST ever!!! Our new build close date was delayed because of him, our old house was sold, and we had no place to go, so we had to rent pods and move to a hotel for 2 weeks and man was that expensive…Everything was picked out on 10-23-21 at cosmos and sent to mike via texts and pictures, quote was generated on 11-5-21 from mike, approved on 12-4-21. Mike failed to get the 60% deposit from the project manager as it states on the quote that a deposit is required once accepted. Cosmos kept calling me asking me when the stuff was going to be picked up. After multiple texts and calls back and forth with mike about this. Mike starts getting an attitude with me and says listen man I don’t deal with customers…Mike then sends ANOTHER quote to the project manager dated 1-12-22 for us to approve to get them ordered and the price went up… I got in touch with Henk then owner who is a joke and could have cared less about anything. We approved it because the hotel cost was getting so expensive. Finally mike got the deposit picked up from our project manager on the 2nd approved quote from us, Henk would not adjust the price back because of Mikes poor work ethic. FINALLY we got on the books for the counters to be installed 2 weeks after our initial close date on the new house, I was livid and called Henk to tell him and he didn’t care he just said well you’re on the books now we will get to you when we get to you… I texted mike to confirm that in the kitchen there would be NO splash and he said that was correct (it shows a drawing on the quote the splash is to be installed in the kitchen) well I showed up the day they were installing it and there was splash started, I told the install guys this was not to be installed and they said ok, the project manager shows up and tells them the same thing, he even wrote a note on a piece of paper and stuck it on the splash pieces… I show up the next day and guess what? They installed it… so once again mike failed at a simple task and did not call to follow up to tell the install guys hey don’t install it….they did remove it off but left damage to my cabinets and drywall, it was fixed but it looks horrible still. A backsplash will be going on the wall to cover it but not on the wood cabinet. Save yourself the time and headache and do NOT use them!

Our countertops turned out great!!! Exactly what we wanted!!! Great work, excellent product!!! Very professional installation! We’re really enjoying the new countertops! Have referred to a friend!!!!

During our kitchen remodel we received quotes from several countertop companies. What let me to choose MultiStone was their level of professionalism. Several other companies took days to respond and then I found myself giving the same information over and over. They obviously didn’t take notes during our conversations and it was wasting my time. MultiStone, Liezel specifically, listened well and was able to anticipate our needs. She found us the perfect piece of Thunder White (I was looking for a white/gray granite that was cheaper than quartz). The installation process was seamless. Every time we had friends over they would “oooh” and “ahhh” over the countertops- they were definitely the highlight. I’d choose MultiStone again in a heartbeat and have recommended them to several people since our remodel.

We have worked with Multi Stone on several projects over the years. The product and installation always look great and homeowners are pleased!

Installers damaged my floor and appliances. There has been no resolution to the repairs. Company does not do what they say.

Our experience with MultiStone was exceptional from start to finish! Before recommending a kitchen countertop material, Liezel carefully considered our personal preferences and our lifestyle. She helped us make the perfect choice (marble) and was attentive to every detail of the process. She answered our questions completely, responded to emails immediately and moved the project forward competently. The templater and the installers were careful, polite, personable and professional. The project was accomplished in a timely manner at a fair price. We are absolutely delighted with our kitchen countertops and with the quality of the work. We highly recommend MultiStone!

They came and installed granite in the kitchen in my condo in Savannah. Wow! They did a great job. They were prompt and came on time; they were clean and vacuumed with their own shop vac; the job was expertly done and they provided me sound advice on the cleaning and the upkeep of the granite! Truly a professional job. I would highly recommend them.

My rating is based on process rather than end product. Overall...we are very pleased with the end product but there were some issues with fabrication workmanship and installation that were eventually resolved. Excellent response to these issues from MultiStone/Ms. Matthee and great support with selection of material and design choices.

MultiStone of Savannah, Georgia, just completed fabricating and installing ukatuba (black granite) countertops in our kitchen. This company's professionalism is excellent. They met all deadlines without delay and the final product is amazingly beautiful! Each staff member we spoke with by phone as well as those who came out to do the installation treated us with the utmost respect.
