Working with Kandice from Kandice Lee Designs was a great experience. We had a very small window of time to work with before our house went on the market. We were able to accomplish most of the changes that she recommended. My wife and I both believe that all of the homework she assigned that we were able to complete absolutely helped us to get more than what we were asking for our home. We were fortunate that our realtor paid for her services, but we won't put a house on the market without seeking her advice in the future. Our house needed painting, and Kandice helped me pick out colors. It turned out great, and my favorite part is the black door that Kandice recommended. I've also seen her in action as she's staging - she's so talented, and has "The Eye" for decorating. We're hoping to be moving soon, and I will definitely be using Kandice to stage our house before selling!

Kandice helped me on a large redecorating project and was great in helping me pick out new hardwoods, fireplace stone, and kitchen countertops. Some designers I've worked with have a "look" that they're familiar with but Kandice wanted the "look" to be all mine and for me to be happy and comfortable with my choices. This was the first time I was having one of my houses staged. I was a newbie to the whole process. Kandice not only put up with my silly questions but went above and beyond to make sure my house looked fabulous. Some say that because the market is so hot that I did not have to stage anything, but I got alot over my asking price and I know it was a large part on how good the house actually looked. I will never sell another house without staging and will definitely use Kandice whenever possible, If I could I would give her 10 stars out of 5!!!
