It was a great pleasure working on your bathroom and kitchen. We are grateful for the opportunity and thankful to have gotten to know you guys and your family in the process! It's always so gratifying when the work we have done for a customer is appreciated!

All issues that were brought to our attention were addressed and taken care of. We refunded monies that were asked to be credited, and even went so far as to refund monies that were to be allocated towards the dog kennel. All materials were returned as the customer requested. The employee who was in charge of this bathroom remodel did not reveal that there were any unresolved or unfinished issues in this bathroom remodel. We were only made aware by the customer that there were any issues months after the afore mentioned employee was no longer with our firm. When we were made aware we promptly moved to address the issues by meeting with the customer. There was not an additional 6 visits, there was three, one to meet with the customer to resolve the issues, and two separate visits to resolve the issues. Some of the materials that were onsite and needed to resolve some of the issues were not onsite when we arrived the second visit, we were not aware they were not there and had no choice but to come back when we had the materials we needed to finish. We were only made aware of any issues several months after the bathroom had been done, so the 7 month timeline is not accurate. We were never made aware of any issues with the vanity, and one worker bought one soda not realizing that the Home Depot put it on her charge. Again, all monies were refunded in full, including materials and kennel visits for her dogs.

We did lose some employees, and as a result could not take on another project with this customer that was carpentry related. As a result we contacted this customer and recommended she move forward with another contractor out of respect for her timeline. Unfortunately, this is simply an attempt to discredit our firm, when we have done everything we could have done to make this customer happy when under the circumstances there was simply nothing more we could have done. We have an impeccable record that speaks for itself and again, this is an attempt to dismantle that reputation by someone who obviously has no regard for our efforts. Again, we refunded monies to this customer for her dog kennel visits, and she still was not happy with our resolve to make her happy.
