Parts of my order were incorrect. They assured me they would make them right, but have since been unresponsive to any additional requests. My kitchen will never be right due to their poor customer service. Do not do business with Mike Lewis and the Cabinet Factory. They will take your money and say sale is final if anything is wrong with your order. They even deceived the credit card company when I filed a dispute, despite providing detailed documentation of the missing/incorrect parts of my order.

The cabinets look great in the showroom. The service was also ok. When I received the cabinets the doors were uneven, one of the cabinets was coming apart at the seems and had to be taken back for repair, a few of the cabinets had bare spots in the paint and a few of the shelves had deep scratch marks. After the sale customer service was a bit lacking. My replacement cabinet was to be delivered on a particular day however they failed to call and tell me they had to reschedule. If I hadn't called I would have been waiting all day.

Hi Cynthia, thanks for your feedback. I'm sorry it took me so long to reply; we had trouble getting into our Houzz account for a very long time! I actually wasn't aware of any problems with your cabinet order until I read your review. Since you were referred to us by your contractor, we made our communications through him. I'm sorry that resulted in some delay from your perspective.
It is true that our stock/imported cabinets have definite quality differences when compared to our high-end products. Although they're still a solid product, as seen in your photo of the solid wood drawers and plywood construction. Some manufacturer defects do happen. But we stand behind our products and I believe replacements were ordered when requested.
We hope you are enjoying your kitchen nonetheless. -Jeannette

Absolute pleasure to deal with, outstanding service. I would do business with them again in a heartbeat. Communication is a huge part of comforting the customer and that was their best quality.
