Dan Morrow, Partner in Danmark Development was our Project Manager for a extensive residential gut and remodel project on Jupiter Island. His knowledge of local codes, customs and overall building construction knowledge was the reason we selected his company. He provided us with all the initial budgeting and scheduling. Dan Morrow and the Danmark team did an outstanding job building our home on schedule and under budget. Their focus on all aspects of the project from design, to structural build to quality finish was greatly appreciated. Complete major master bath and closet remodel, including relocating shower, replacing windows, all new cabinets, vanities, fixtures, etc. Very customer friendly and extremely detail oriented. Excellent communication from the beginning of demolition to final clean up. Coordinated all electrical, plumbing, wood work, marble work, etc on schedule and on budget. Would highly recommend Dan and his team!

Dan and Mark provided a major renovation of a 1988 vintage house, taking down walls, digging trenches in the concrete floors to add two bathrooms, rewiring, installing new windows and more, 5 months from start to finish. They produced a very detailed line-item estimate, timeline and proposal with very few omissions or changes. They were timely in the scheduled completion and were patient with me when my cabinet guy failed to meet his schedule. Dan gave me cheerful updates by phone and if there was a problem or question, it was resolved quickly. Their workers were all professional contractors, courteous and diligent. The quality of work performed was top-notch. Dan can envision a construction job then makes it happen. When I first met Dan, he and my kitchen designer walked around the house and within 5 minutes came up with the concept of tearing down walls here, adding this there . . . DanMark not only created a beautiful home I am proud of, I feel they added additional equity to my investment far beyond what I paid them.
