I ordered two hoods from Francois & Co., for a project I worked on in Costa Rica. It was styled as a Tuscan Villa, and both of them came out precisely as expected. One of the hoods, was an island hood weighing about +/- 2,000 lbs. The engineering staff was very good about ensuring the hoods were properly constructed, they provided good shop drawings for the engineers to come up with a viable and safe solution for mounting this hood from the ceiling. They both turned out beautiful, and I have chosen them once again for another project I am working on in Panama. This style is a bit different, and I am anxious to see the final product! My sales rep is excellent. Very responsive, helpful and knowledgeable! What a great company to work with!
