When we undertook a major kitchen remodel recently, we worked with Lois at Statements, and were extremely happy with the. experience. Her approach is holistic: she considers the whole project, the customers concerns and inclinations, and their budget. With her help we came up with a floor tile and splash selections that we are completely happy with. There was never any pressure, she was always available when needed, and allowed us to keep samples as long as we found them of use. When it came time to choose a grout color she even came out to our house in Eldorado so the grout samples could be evaluated in the actual context in which they were to be used. We considered one other local tile supplier as we prepared for our project. While they would have been happy to sell us tile, they showed no interest in helping us make an appropriate selection. The choice between this firm and Statements was obvious.

No matter what our budget, the friendly and knowledgable staff at Statements always helps us find the perfect solutions: beautiful products at competitive prices. We don't shop anywhere else in town. Santa Fe is incredibly fortunate to have such a remarkable resource.

Amazing store with stellar staff.. Being new to the Santa Fe, we met Kim from Statements.... Her knowledge and keen eye for mixing tiles and shapes was unbelievable! We were remodeling 3 full bathroom and a half bath. from old tile to new modern. We wanted some Santa Fe feel, but did not want it to be dated in a year... She showed us a huge variety and different price points... she suggested we take tiles to the house and make sure they worked in our lighting! We spent several trips and made it worth while. We also had tile, we brought from the east coast and she was able to find the product and have it delivered to the store for pickup.... We feel that between her knowledge and experience made it wonderful experience....We even redid the fireplace front! In the master not shown, she connected us with someone who could install electric floor heating, which we brought from the east coast! She did not have to do any of this... Kim and her team went above and beyond! We have no doubt being new to Santa Fe, Statements and Kim are the real deal!

The earlier they are involved in a project, even at the planning stages the more you can benefit from their many years of experience and save yourself costly mistakes down the road. She did an entire lighting plan, following through with the builders to make sure that the results would elegantly light my home and the art within.
