My wife and I am very happy with our new bathroom that Premier remodeled for us. The men were very helpful and very neat and cleaned up each day. They were not the cheapest but we got the best quality. We highly recommend this company.

We recently had our main bathroom updated by Premier Home Improvements. All employees were courteous and professional. Vince was outstanding to work with. We will enjoy our beautiful bathroom for years to come.

I had two bathrooms remodeled consecutively while working with Premier The process was explained thoroughly. We had help with design and selecting materials. There were regular updates about the status of the project. While it always takes longer than one might think to do remodels and construction, communication was clear and concerns were addressed promptly. When we wanted to make tweaks or changes along the way, those ideas were accommodated. Premier proved great to work with - responsive, caring, and professional. We are so pleased with the outcome of the project and the high quality of the work done!

Premier was truly premier! Although the work took an awfully long time, through no fault of Premier, their team handled everything with clear communication and care, something you rarely find in contractors. Their workmanship and professionalism proved that all contractors are not the same.

I had a previous problem with a shower base and tile installation that required demo and all new tile and base. Premier (Vince) came out to estimate in a few days time and the cost was inline with the others I compared it with. This bathroom was a rental of mine, so I needed the work to start asap which ended up within 2 weeks. They did a workaround with some preexisting shower base fitment issues and the final look of the installation was beautiful. My renters were pleased and the installers were very clean and courteous and professional.. I would use them on my next job.

Really nice people to work with. They listen to what you need and renovated the shower and upstairs living space (they removed a weight-bearing wall) with you in mind throughout the journey. We never felt pressured or felt put off by them (other companies we had inquired with, were not personable at all and cared only about getting your money). Vince was very nice and understanding to work with. He made sure the project was worth the money and worth the quality and thoroughness that you’ll receive when working with his team. We recently had a complete bathroom remodel performed by Premier Home Improvement LLC. It was an excellent experience working with this company and we would highly recommend them for any home improvement project. This was a first time bathroom remodel for us and we wanted a company we could trust to do quality work and to have good communication with us throughout the project. Premier met the criteria from beginning to end. Our bathroom remodel included removing a bathtub and replacing it with a built-in walk-in shower. Everything else was updated (cabinets, toilet, counters, faucets, lighting). Vince, was our project manager and he guided us throughout the project with the bathroom design/costs, permit acquisition, material purchases and the coordination of the contractors (demolition, drywall, tiling, plumbing, electrical, quartz countertops and custom shower door). Anytime, I texted Vince with a question, he would immediately respond the same day. The workers were all very professional and great craftsmen. Randy built us the perfect shower seat! Every work crew took great pride in their work and always thoroughly cleaned up when they were done working each day. We love our new bathroom and would use Premier again for any future home improvement projects.

Just had my kitchen counter and backsplash done! It came out so beautiful! They helped me decide what I wanted to do and were very professional and respectful! I would recommend this company 100% You will not be disappointed.

We just completed our full kitchen renovation with Premier and we couldn't be happier with the result. The work they did is top-notch and they stand behind it 100%. We got to know several of the crew members really well and now feel like they are part of the family. As you'll find with any renovation of this size, there were several unexpected bumps along the way. The contractor and his crew were always open to giving creative solutions. Even when we felt no solution could be found, they still managed to either find one or give us the next best thing. Our contractor kept saying "our main goal is that we want you to love your kitchen". Mission accomplished.

Did our trim and one of our railings as well as painted the first floor of our home. Very accommodating and the workers were a pleasure to have in our home. Will definitely use them again for future projects.

We hired Premier to add a bathroom into the basement of our split level home (and fix up the laundry/utility room adjacent the new bathroom). Space was at a premium, and they came up with a design that maximized the space. From day 1, we expressed that we were looking for good communication throughout the process, and they filled that need very well. Every single worker that came into our home treated the home AND everyone in it with respect. They were clean, polite, cordial, and worked daily until the job was done for the day. We also liked that they have subcontractors that do the specialized jobs (i.e. dedicated tilers, electricians, and plumbers) that do high quality work in their areas. They honor their guarantee that you’ll be happy with the final product. When something wasn’t exactly to our liking or when something didn’t pass an inspection, without hesitation, they came back and fixed it. I have, and will continue to, recommend Premier to anyone looking to have work done at their house, and I would definitely use them for any future projects on our house.

Primier home improvements worked did two bathrooms for us over a period of five months. The level of craftsman they brought in to comete the work was second to none. Our family had very tight deadlines to meet and Primier made sure they were met. The company offers a three year warranty on work and I belive they will honer it with no doubt. I don't think we will need it though because the work done is very good. As with any contractor communication is key. Make sure you ensure your wants are communicated to your contractor and you will not be disappointed.

The Premier Team was outstanding. They renovated a bathroom that was falling apart in a home that was built in 1936. They also redid my basement bathroom (relocated the entire bathroom). The professionals were great to work with and the finished product was outstanding. Time frame was reasonable considering covid. I love my bathroom.

We have finished a master bathroom remodel with Premier Home Improvements. We went from a small shower and large whirlpool tub to a linen closet and large walk in shower with beautiful tile work. Having a remodel done during the pandemic brought a handful of unique challenges, but the entire Premier team handled it professionally and was masked when entering our residence. Every single team member was knowledgeable, courteous, and respectful. The Premier team worked with us collaboratively to make sure every decision ended up working toward our vision, and the final project shows. They helped us work through all sorts of decisions along the way from layout to material selections, and every conversation felt natural and unforced. They have been responsive to all communications and have worked tirelessly to make sure every one of our concerns has been answered. If we need any additional remodeling work done in the future, Premier Home Improvements will definitely be at the top of our list!

I had my kitchen remodeled. It went from a closed in space with 1970s cabinets to an open concept with floor to ceiling cabinets and a massive island. Premier Home Improvements did a great job helping me with the layout and making suggestions on things I wasn't sure about. They also did a great job hiring the right subs to complete the work. Every sub that came to work was professional and did a beautiful job making my dream kitchen come together. There were a few odds and ends that needed tweaking after the project was complete, and they came right out to make it right. The project took a lot longer than anticipated. There were a few bumps in the road, but they were very responsive when I called after completion to fix any minor, minor issues. But overall, I love the work they did and I'm extremely happy with my new kitchen.

We just had our 65 year old kitchen fully remolded by Premier Home Improvements and they did a phenomenal job. From design, to product selection, and specifically the numerous areas within our plans that required customization when the project was in full swing - the Premier team was able to problem solve each one successfully and provide a stunning solution. We recently purchased a home that was built in the 1950s with a recreation room that was still in its original state. This room with a very outdated aesthetic was desperately in need of an update, and we began the process of contacting numerous contractors for estimates to renovate the space. From the planning stage, Premier Home Improvements stood out from other contractors because of how professional and meticulous they were in presenting their proposal. We received a through and transparent explanation regarding their process and the estimated cost. They carefully took notes on the vision we had for the updated room and made sure to incorporate specific modifications we requested into the blueprint. Once the work began, we consistently received updates regarding the progress of the project and clear explanations on why certain issues with the original construction (things that were hidden behind the walls) needed to be addressed now. The project manager also responded to any concerns we had with the work in progress and made sure that they were addressed by the crew. Even when there was an unforeseen situation with a glass window sustaining a crack at some point during the renovation, Premier made sure that it was replaced with a brand new window before all of the work was completed. Overall, we are very pleased with the job Premier performed in turning the obsolete recreation room that was an eyesore into a modern and sleek room that is pleasing to look at and is far more functional as a space. Premier delivered a room that was very much in line with what we had in mind, and it was worth the wait.

We were looking to add a full bathroom in our basement. It can be daunting to try to find the right contractor. Premier Home Improvements walked us through the process and were very thorough. We never felt pressured to sign with them. They gave us options about where we could build the new bathroom in our basement. They explained each step of the project and provided a contract outlining everything. Their workers were very professional and did their best not to disturb us while we e-learned/worked from home. They also ensured that they followed guidelines to keep their employees and my family safe while working during a pandemic. If any concerns were raised, they quickly addressed them. We were in constant communication with the Project Manager. We’re extremely happy with the finished project and I highly recommend them! They do amazing work but most importantly are so professional and provide great customer service!

I used Premier Home Improvement for a bathroom renovation, a new splash wall, a minor bathroom renovation for the guest bathroom, and the painting of six rooms and found the process to be stress-free. My project manager was very eager to make sure the job would be completed with high skill and on a time schedule. He helped me select materials that were aesthetically pleasing. He stayed in constant contact throughout the whole process. Instead of using vanities/countertops from a big-box home improvement vendor, two custom-made vanities were fabricated in record time. They are heavy-duty materials and should be durable, thus long-lasting. The countertops are quartz and easy to maintain. Premier finished off the vanities with quality Kohler Faucets that are good-looking and add to the decor. The backsplash was installed with high quality and precision. Again, the Project Manager helped me select colors and textures that are visually pleasing. The installers did a great job removing the old wall, making sure that existing cabinets and flooring remained safe from damage. The end result is a transformation. The tile installers helped remove an old funky-looking tile around a spa tub in the master bathroom. They installed the tile with great precision. The end result exceeded my expectations. The painting team did a fantastic job. This condo looks so different and has been renewed. In summation, Premier is not the cheapest home improvement company, but the quality of materials, the high caliber workers, and their skill in performing the job makes the price differential worth it.

Excellent workmanship in all areas in a complete bathroom remodeling project in a home built in 1898. Communication was outstanding. All of the workers were skilled and pleasant. We highly recommend Premier Home Improvement to those considering a remodeling job.

My ancient kitchen has been opened up and modernized by Premier. The manager and workmen never let me down, delivering excellent quality workmanship. They were able to turn my vision into reality. Had our original bathroom from 1956 remodeled by Premier. From the initial contact to the last day of the project the team of Premier Home Improvements employees were great to work with. All polite, friendly, and highly skilled. Most important to me was response time and timeliness of the project. Whenever I had a question or needed an answer I received a call back super quick. Project was finished in a timely matter. Would use them again for my kitchen remodel.

We had Premier remodel our only bathroom with a shower or bath. They were very precise on what they would do and made suggestions beyond what we had planned that just made sense. They were fast yet precise and worked with us to get the shower up and running even though the rest of the bathroom still needed the finishing touches. Their remodel was a "down to the studs" remodel and their people really did quality work. We definitely will have them back.

We recently had Premier Improvement build a bathroom in the basement for us. It took a little longer than we expected but we are happy with the results so far. We understood a lot of people wanted to do different projects in their homes since travels and vacations are not happening that much this summer and we appreciated their effort to finish working before our son started school online. They are professionals and the quality of the work is good, they care about what we wanted and delivered. They want you to be 100% happy and will work hard if they have to for the costumer to be pleased.

In Sept 2019 our basement flooded and we needed it fixed within a 3 week window. Premier Home Improvement laid out their plan for making all the repairs including relocation our washer, dryer and sink, drywall installation, flooring and painting. I also provided barn wood for an accent wall, which was installed. The project turned out beautiful and we have had so many compliments on the work done. In July 2020, we contacted the company again to install a new granite countertop, sink and faucet in our kitchen. Again they did a fantastic job and we have had many compliments on the work done.

Premier Home Improvement went above and beyond my expectations on my kitchen remodel! I had unknown plumbing and electrical issues that they had to completely redo. My electrical box placement wasn’t in a good place and I showed them a hidden/beyond backsplash/cabinet idea and they delivered exactly what I asked for! They turned my Houzz picture ideas into reality and I love everything about it. I highly recommend them for anyone looking to remodel!

Amazing things to say about Premier. They did a wonderful job in our basement rehab project! They moved a furnace and water heater from one area to another. Additionally, they installed a full sized bathroom in our basement with shower. We had them also install an ejector pump to prevent any backup. They put it in very nice cabinets/countertop and sink for our bar area. Lastly, their floor tile, drywall and paint job was very good from start to finish. My wife and I are very happy we chose them to do our basement project. It’s a dramatic change from what we had before and couldn’t be more pleased with how our vision turned out. Highly recommend their services. From the initial appointment to the finish, they provided great quality work and amazing customer service. Worth it!
