Las Vegas Remodel & Construction

Our primary bathroom renovation with Las Vegas Remodel and Construction was exceptional from the very first design meeting through the final walkthrough. The team delivered thoughtful design guidance, meticulous craftsmanship, and a level of professionalism that truly sets them apart. Their project app kept us updated every day, and communication was seamless—our project manager responded within seconds whenever we had a question. After many remodels over the years, we’re used to simply enduring the process and enjoying the finished space. This time, the process itself was outstanding, and the result is beautiful. The entire team was a pleasure to work with, but special appreciation to Ashley, Melissa, Tony, David, and Sulila for their attention to detail and genuine care throughout the project. We highly recommend Las Vegas Remodel and Construction to anyone seeking a smooth, well‑managed, and beautifully executed renovation.

Project: Demo and remove existing shower, bathtub, floor and vanity. Replace with a custom connected shower and sauna, heated flooring and new vanity. Finding the right contractor: I called 40 different contractors in Las Vegas. I met with 14 of those contractors at my house to look at the bathroom I wanted remodeled. Out of the 14, three seemed as possibilities to complete the project. However, out of the three, Brett (the owner) was the most knowledgeable about how to build a custom sauna and expand on my bathroom remodel ideas. Las Vegas Remodel & Construction was definitely the best choice for my bathroom remodel. From the initial meeting with Brett, coming up with design concepts for the shower/sauna combo, picking out the materials, demolition, workers, to the finished bathroom, Las Vegas Remodel & Construction exceeded expectations. I would find it difficult to find a better remodeling company to perform such a custom project. I highly recommend Las Vegas Remodel & Construction. Once my wife and I decided on the design of the sauna we went to the Las Vegas Remodel & Construction showroom and picked out our materials. Melissa was extremely helpful in helping us pick out what tile for the shower and bathroom floor that would look good together. When the project started, Rocky and Frank did a great job of demolishing the bathroom and keeping the work area and rest of the house clean. The shower and sauna framing was done by Kaleo. He did a fantastic job with the framing and installing the benches. The tile for the shower and the floor was done by David. He also installed the cedar for the sauna. David’s work was also excellent and he came up with a great idea of how to make the entry to the sauna look amazing! I appreciated seeing Arturo (lead manager) stop by and check on the progress for the remodel. After starting the remodel my wife and I decided that we also wanted to remodel the vanity of the bathroom. During the remodel, Chris (project manager) did a great job of managing the remodel and checking with me regarding multiple various details of how I wanted the shower and sauna to look. The finished remodel of the primary bathroom turned out better than I expected. I am very happy I decided to hire Las Vegas Remodel & Construction for this project. I can’t imagine another contractor being able to take our idea and make it even better. We love that we can walk directly from the shower into the sauna or vice versa. Being able to move the benches up so I can workout in the sauna has been amazing. And the heated floors are quite a nice upgrade. If you are thinking of doing a home remodel I would highly recommend Las Vegas Remodel & Construction. Thanks for turning our vision into a reality!

Apologies for taking so long to write this review. Our project was completed in September, 2024. This is the only project we've ever experienced where everything was on time and on budget. All work was done as promised and completed to our satisfaction. Brett and Melissa were great with communication and help with design and execution of our requests. Even changes we wanted to make during the project were handled perfectly and without delaying the overall timeline. Chris was a great project manager and always answered any questions or concerns we had during the project. Arturo, Kaleo, and Matt were great while here in the house doing all the work that needed to be done. Mario had his hands full with the cabinet installation but was great and got everything right, down to the fine details. We would definitely recommend LV Remodel for your project. We will be using them again when it's time to remodel our master bath.

We had a room addition and bathroom remodel done. We are extremely pleased with the outcome. They started and finished on time, used quality materials, great craftsmanship, and were reasonably priced. The addition looks like it was built with the house. The doors and windows are from the same company as the originals. Tile work was done with perfection. Custom shower doors added to the walk in tub are very well made and designed. A mini-split was added for energy savings. They respond to any questions in a reasonable amount of time and return calls.

This company is the BEST! Well organized and managed! You can tell by all the detail and descriptions of what they are doing and when each stage will be done! We did a master bathroom remodel from a company who eventually went bankrupt during the project, and are under criminal investigation by the state contractors board. We contacted the Las Vegas Remodel and Construction, who completed the job in record time and precisions. When you meet these people, you walk away knowing that they are honest, knowledgeable, and professional. Wish we had started the project with them from the beginning. We are going to continue using them for additional home remodeling. Before you employ a company for remodeling contact the Nevada State Contractors Board to verify complaints, sanctions, investigations on the contractor's. I would also recommend the company has a long history of active license in good standing, and they are a brick and mortar company, not an internet company! Then meet the owners. You will not be disappointed with Las Vegas Remodel and construction, located on Stephanie St. Thank you Brett, Ashley and staff. Also thank you for taking care of the other customers who were ripped off with that bankrupt company. T&J

A follow-up to my original review: the project is completed, and the results are absolutely amazing. Las Vegas Remodel and Construction delivered on every promise. The team, from Brett Primack, the owner, who did the design, to Melissa, the office manager, who kept us informed and up to date, and Chris, the project manager, who oversaw the project, checked in regularly, and ensured everything was to our liking, noticing items that needed follow-up that we did not notice. The work crew was exceptional. Mario, who did the cabinet work, was a true craftsman and perfectionist, equipped with every tool made by DeWalt. Leo did a fantastic job with the drywall; you could not see the repairs. Kaleao managed the touch-ups and reinstalled the appliances, ensuring he did not damage the floor. I expected some floor damage and had spare planks on hand, but they covered the floor and cleaned up each day, amazingly not damaging anything. Every job has bumps along the way, but the Las Vegas Remodel and Construction team resolved each challenge effortlessly, without any distress on our part. We received everything we wanted and hoped for in our new kitchen, and with everything turning out better than expected, we are moving forward with having our bathrooms updated. Thank you, Las Vegas Remodel and Construction. We will be recommending you to family, friends, neighbors, and anyone interested in listening to us.

From a good experience from a previous project, I selected Las Vegas Remodel and Construction to do my guest bathroom remodel with a tub to shower conversion. From start to finish, working with the staff at Las Vegas Remodel and Construction was an excellent experience. What I enjoyed was the initial time spent choosing all of the materials for the job which lead to a firm price quote and a timeline for the project. This company delivers in a 5 star manner. The quality of the materials and the workmanship of the installation was outstanding.

We selected Las Vegas Remodel & Construction on Stephanie Street in Henderson, to update our shower in the primary bathroom. We are extremely happy with our new shower and flooring. I cannot say enough about the professionalism and quality of work we received. The statement of work and costs contained in the contract were very specific. The time estimate for the work was 3 weeks and that was only exceeded by 2 days, mainly due to change orders we requested after the project began. We would use them again for other remodel projects in the future and highly recommend them if you are planning a remodel project.

Excellent work. Great experience in the office working with Brett to decide what to do and all of the associated materials to go with it. Staff that came to the house to do the job, Chetto, Ernest, Juan 1 and his brother, Juan 2, Ray, and Chris were courteous, professional, addressed our questions and did a great job. Daniel who did the tiling was amazing. Communication was good and the job was finished on time. Highly recommend their services!!!

Most professional of those I spoke with before choosing a contractor. Excellent help in the design and we are very happy with the result.
