Alpine Mountain Builders was founded in 1996 by Terry Scanlan. Over the years Alpine has built the finest homes in the finest neighborhoods. Our emphasis has always been on achieving the balance between price, quality and schedule. In 2004, we expanded into high end commercial work, with the complete renovation of a six story four star hotel. We have since completed the renovation of several restaurants, an additional hotel, and many high end retail spaces
