Vancouver Premier Contracting Ltd. is a locally owned & operated business based out of North Vancouver. We service all areas of the Lower Mainland & Sea to Sky Corridor. Our dedicated team has over 20+ years of experience in all aspects of landscape installations & garden maintenance. We have been involved with landscaping and maintaining some of the premier properties in all of the Greater Vancouver area and beyond. Whether your project is residential, commercial, governmental or strata, our staff will help take it from concept to completion. We believe that to be a great company you have to have a great team. We pride ourselves on investing in both our team members and our community. We provide various training & education opportunities, medical & dental benefits and regular team building exercises and events for our VPC Family. Always trying to better the lives of ourselves and those around us, we often donate services back to our local community through various avenues. Hired Vancouver Premier Contracting to redesign and re landscape our front yard. the crows had made a mess of the yard ripping up the grass. always a mud bog. Adam & his foreman Nathan came to our house to measure and consult. They listened to our concerns and what we would like to accomplish. The end result was nothing short of fabulous. We ended up with a tiered grotto of 5 planted areas and a good sized patch of Synlawn. never thought I would like this product but they said I would and guaranteed I would or they would change it. large boulders were brought in and the contouring was done professionally by Adam on a his trusty mini excavator. the boulders were placed naturally and all looked great. The crown jewel is the basalt stair case that runs from the street almost o the front door. it really is a piece of art. I would highly recommend this crew. Always there when they said they would be. Cleaned up every day at the end of the day. Polite, punctual and delivered more than they contracted to and way over exceeded our expectations. I waited a year to post so the plantings were a bit more mature. Hire these guys you will not be disappointed.

VPC did a great job replacing our cratered lawn with SynLawn artificial turf. The crew was professional and clearly experienced and overall, we are very satisfied with the results.

We hired Adam and the team to build a retaining wall, design and implement an oriental rock garden with a water feature, install artificial grass for the entire yard and install a new fence. The effort has totally taken the enjoyment of our yard to a level I didn't know was possible. Adam and the entire team are super professional, skilled in what they do and have an amazing work ethic. We just had a great experience working with them.

Adam and his team installed a challenging fence on a concrete retaining wall, leveled and hydroseeded the back yard and built a allen block flower garden. He completed everything I asked and was polite and professional for the entire (challenging) job. He was an excellent communicator and very clear and concise on pricing. No surprises!

We hired Adam & his crew to build a very large putting green in Carrisdale. They did a fantastic job despite several obstacles like access and weather. Crew was always smiling and sociable and always wearing clean matching shirts so they were easy to identify amongst the other trades.

Commented: What is the tall burgandy plant on the right? Do deer eat it?Hi Karen it is a Dawyck Purple Beech I am not sure if deer eat it, they have not mentioned anything to me and they do have them in the area.
