Vella Custom Homes has done several remodeling projects for me and I would not hesitate to use them again. I am very pleased with the results; they made some creative suggestions which made the projects look better. I was impressed by their professionalism, organization, skill set, attention to detail and the overall quality and durability of their work. I knew my projects were in capable hands. Their selection of crafts people (and I use these words instead of sub contractors) was top notch too. I also felt they were reasonably priced and I received good value for my money. All of my projects were completed on schedule. Their last project for me was several years ago; but when I walk into a part of the house that they remodeled or turn on the light in one of the rooms at night the overall appearance still brings a smile on my face. Their work is that good.

We used Vella Custom Homes to remodel our home in Highlands Ranch. We basically did a complete overhaul/update to our home. Tim was a pleasure to work with! He had great ideas and helped us to accomplish everything we wanted and still stay within our budget. Our project was projected to take approximately 3 months and we were so excited when we were back in one week early and still had time to decorate for the holidays! We will definitely be using Tim again!
